Another I missed...I wouldn't bother, but looks like it needs updated already. Changed from the negated language cause it gets weird with squads unless that's intended in which case, should probably just choose the card.

Suggested edits.

SONIC SCREWDRIVER
Instead of anthe Doctor's attack action with the Doctor, you may place a Sonic Marker on the card of a figure within 3 clear spaces. When a figure defends, you may remove up to 3 Sonic Markers from its card. It has -1 Defense for each Sonic Marker removed.

FAST-TALKING
If there is a revealed numbered Order Marker on this card when an opponent begins their turn, you may choose a Common or Unique figure adjacent to the Doctor. That figure cannot attack and itsor use any abilities are negated until either the turn ends or it is no longer engaged with the Doctor.

There was a requested change to "negate" over "can't use" so we stick to a single term mechanically. Looks like that discussion is mostly on Page 3. Thanks for the catch on Sonic Screwdriver though!

Blanking on if this has already been discussed, but it came to me now that we do have 2 Sonic Doctors - the marker cap of 3 stacks with each Doc you have, meaning that 2 Docs lets you remove 6 markers, 3 Docs = 9 markers, so on. That's fine thematically IMO (more geniuses, more problem solving) but it does kinda make the cap feel moot in any sort of multi-Doctor game, which is where I think it'd actually be needed. Do we care?

Well that gets funky cause it technically will negate the entire Squad's abilities instead of just the 1 figure so I would advocate to deviate or choose the card

It still takes 9 passed up attack actions to subtract that 9 defense. Between that and the cost to field the three doctors, I’m not worried about the stacking.

I'm fine with no limit. It's a real slow burn and you have to give up attack actions to do it.
