I'm not entirely sure the Uncanny Resurrection wording works as-is - you can only activate figures on your team per the rules, so we might need something about temporary control there.

In addition, when the removed from the game language was taken out, nothing that has the figure get defeated again was added in. So right now it permanently resurrects the figure, I believe, or at least it's unclear what happens to it.

How about this:

UNCANNY RESURRECTION
Before activating Scarlet Witch, you may choose a defeated Unique Hero that has not been chosen for this ability yet this game. Take temporary control of the chosen Hero and place it onto an empty space within 4 clear spaces of Scarlet Witch. It cannot be defeated until after your turn. After placing it, activate it then activate Scarlet Witch, after which your your turn ends and it is once again defeated and returned to your opponent.

Super minor and probably not worth an update, but there is an unnecessary comma in Uncanny resurrection after "Scarlet Witch" in the sentence about placing the figure and activating it.
