Yeah I saw the BGG site.

Anyway, for CC, don't play "freestyle" for your first few games. It's fun for a while, but when you have one player slowing you down (not taking a turn for 8 or so hours), then popping up and taking 2 in a few seconds, you can be eliminated without even getting a chance to deploy!

Heh. Especially when it happens in the middle of the night and you're asleep like I was. I figured the game we were in Euryon, would be over when I woke up.

Fog-of-War mixed with Terminator is fun. I think I'll try another one of those games but find one with Sequential play order instead of Freestyle.

Now that I understand how scoring works, the Terminator type game looks like the only way to possibly walk away from a game with a positive score even if you don't win the game. I didn't win, but I netted 4 points which isn't much, but more than zero is better than going negative, which would have happen if it had been scoring from a Standard type game.

wish I could, but im stuck in 4 very slow games. you'll find yourself frustrated by deadbeats soon, i think. We should organise an HS'ers only game ASAP though. I suggest all players keep 1 of their 4 games open for a while, then we discuss the rules when everyones familiar with the different game types.

Also, you may have noticed we COULD mod the HS world map as a custom map for the online version ;)
Might be an idea, eh?

Also, I suggest we organise a time/date to set the game up so we can all quickly join, and not have any outsiders in it...
