Thought I'd move my Overwatch designs to here since Overwatch got approval. Iterated on them a fair bit since then, and included my takes on Tracer and Winston.

CHRONAL RECALL
If Tracer is attacked and at least 1 skull is rolled, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 8 or higher, Tracer takes no damage and you may place her on any empty space within 4 spaces of her current position that is no more 10 levels above or below Tracer’s placement. Tracer will not take any leaving engagement attacks when placed with Chronal Recall.
CHRONAL BLINK
At any point before, during, or after Tracer’s move, you may place her on any empty space within 2 spaces of her current position that is no more 10 levels above or below Tracer’s placement. When being placed with Blink, Tracer will not take any leaving engagement attacks.
COMBAT DEXTERITY
Tracer may attack with her normal attack up to 2 times at any point before, during, or after her normal move as long as she is on a space where she could end her movement.

THE REAPING
When Reaper attacks with his normal attack, he may attack one additional time. Each time Reaper destroys a figure, you may remove 1 Wound Marker from this Army Card. The Reaping never affects Undead, Androids, Constructs, or destructible objects.
WRAITH FORM
When Reaper starts to fly, he will not take any leaving engagement attacks. Once per round, when Reaper is attacked by an enemy figure and at least 1 skull is rolled, you may ignore the attack and move Reaper with the Flying special power.
DEATH BLOSSOM SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 3. Attack 6.
When Reaper attacks with his Death Blossom Special Attack, he may attack 5 additional times. He cannot attack the same figure more than once. This special attack may only be used once per game.

BARRIER PROJECTOR
Start the game with a Glyph of Barrier Projector on this card. At any point during Winston's move, you may place the Glyph of Barrier Projector on any empty space Winston currently occupies. At the end of each round, if the Glyph of Barrier Projector is destroyed, place it on this card.
JUMP PACK 6
Instead of his normal move, Winston may move up to 6 spaces with Jump Pack. When moving with Jump Pack, Winston has the Flying Special Power, but may not move up or down more than 20 levels in a single jump. Winston rolls 3 fewer attack dice on any turn that he chooses to Jump Pack. After moving Winston with Jump Pack, roll an unblockable attack die against each figure adjacent to Winston.
TESLA CANNON SPECIAL ATTACK
Range Special. Attack 3.
Choose 2 spaces in a straight line from Winston. All figures on the chosen spaces, and all figures other than Winston within 1 space of the chosen spaces, are affected by this special attack. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Figures with the Electrically Charged special power are not affected by this special attack.

GLYPH OF BARRIER PROJECTOR
Equipment Glyph
All figures on or within 1 space of this glyph who’s base is no more than 6 levels above or below this glyph’s placement add 1 automatic shield to whatever is rolled when defending against an attack from a figure that is not on or within 1 space of this glyph and who's base is no more than 6 levels above or below this glyph’s placement, even while this glyph is unoccupied. After placing any wounds, if the attacking figure rolled at least 4 skulls, destroy this glyph.

EXO-FORCE MEKA
Before attacking with D.Va, you may choose to either:
Attack one additional time; or
Attack up to 3 additional times. Add 2 to D.Va’s Range number this turn, and she cannot roll more than 2 attack die per attack this turn.
NERF THIS!
When D.Va would receive any number of wounds from an attack or special power, instead of placing those wounds, you may immediately use Nerf This!. Roll 3 unblockable attack dice against each figure within 3 clear sight spaces of D.Va, one at a time. A figure receives 1 wound for each skull rolled. After using Nerf This!, destroy D.Va.
DEFENSE MATRIX
Once per player turn, if D.Va or any friendly Unique Hero is attacked by an opponent’s non-adjacent figure and at least 1 skull is rolled, you may immediately move D.Va up to 3 spaces. After moving D.Va, you may reveal the “X” Order Marker on this card. If you do, choose 2 spaces in a straight line from D.Va. D.Va and all figures on or within 1 space of the chosen spaces that are within clear sight of D.Va cannot target a non-adjacent figure for an attack or be targeted for a non-adjacent attack for the remainder of this turn, and if the defending figure is on one of those spaces, they receive no wounds from this attack.

CADUCEUS STAFF
Once per player turn, after moving and before attacking with any Unique Hero you control within 2 clear sight spaces of Mercy, you may either:
Remove 1 Wound Marker from that Hero’s Army Card. Or,
Roll 1 additional attack die when that figure attacks with a normal attack this turn.
GUARDIAN ANGEL
After Mercy or any small or medium figure you control within 3 clear sight spaces of Mercy rolls defense dice against a normal attack from an enemy figure, you may immediately fly up to 6 spaces with Mercy. If Mercy passes over a friendly small or medium figure, after moving Mercy you may place that figure on any empty space adjacent to Mercy. A friendly figure moved by Guardian Angel will not take any leaving engagement attacks. Mercy may not move more than one friendly figure when using Guardian Angel.
HEROES NEVER DIE!
Once per game, if a Unique Hero you control within 3 clear sight spaces of Mercy is destroyed, instead of moving using the Guardian Angel special power, you may place Mercy adjacent to that figure and place that figure on this Army Card. At the start of your next turn and before revealing an Order Marker, you may place that figure from this card onto any empty space adjacent to Mercy and roll X combat dice. X equals the Life number on that figure’s Army Card. For each skull rolled, remove a Wound Marker from the placed figure’s Army Card.

CROSSFADE
Start the game with the Crossfade Marker on this Army Card. Before taking a turn with Lucio, you may place or remove the Crossfade Marker on this card. If the Crossfade Marker is on this card, Lucio, and any figure you control that occupies a space within 3 clear sight spaces of Lucio whilst moving on their turn, may move 2 additional spaces. If the Crossfade Marker is not on this card, after taking a turn with Lucio or any figure you control within 3 clear sight spaces of Lucio, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 11 or higher, remove 1 Wound Marker from that figure’s Army Card.
SONIC AMPLIFIER
Instead of attacking, you may roll 1 unblockable attack die against an adjacent figure. If you inflict at least 1 wound on a small, medium, or large figure with this special power, you must place that figure on any empty space within 2 spaces of its original placement, if possible. Moved figures do not take any leaving engagement attacks and non-flying figures can receive any falling damage that may apply.
WALL RIDE
While Lucio is adjacent to any terrain, obstacle, or destructible object with at least a height 5 higher than Lucio’s base, Lucio can move through all figures, does not take any leaving engagement attacks, and may ignore elevation changes of up to 4 levels.

WE ARE OVERWATCH
At the start of the game, if you control 6 or fewer Unique Heroes, you may place a White Overwatch Marker on each of their Army Cards. After revealing an Order Marker on a card with an Overwatch Marker on it and taking a turn with that figure, if that figure inflicted at least 1 wound on an opponent's figure this turn, you take an additional turn with any other figure you control with an Overwatch Marker on its card, and you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.
PRIMAL RAGE
Before taking a turn with Winston, you may choose any other Hero figure you control within 4 clear sight spaces of Winston. Add 1 to Winston's attack for each Wound Marker on the chosen figure's card, to a maximum of +4. After attacking, you must place that figure on any empty space within 4 spaces of its original placement, if possible. Moved figures do not take any leaving engagement attacks and non-flying figures can receive any falling damage that may apply.

One idea we talked about for Overwatch synergy was doing it based on all characters having different classes, kinda Star-Lord style. That might get rougher when you run into the fact they’ve introduced characters like Ashe (who should probably share a class with McCree) since then though.
I think it’d be cool if you had to take turns with figures you hadn’t taken a turn with yet this round. 3 OMs x 2 turns per OM means you’re taking 6 turns per round with different characters. Gives them a fun FPS “everyone acting at once” feel.

The problem with all of them having different classes is that several of them would be Scientists and there'll probably be a couple of Adventurers, Criminals, Soldiers, Vigilantes and Engineers. However it could work if you strictly designed that around the characters that are actual Overwatch members. Scientists would still be an issue though. We'd also likely want Talon members to all be the same class as well so they can work together.
Taking 6 turns but all different characters is a really fun idea, I like that a lot. Could always do it so you take a turn with a number of Heroes equal to the OM number as well.
life's short, why not make an impact on the world? make some peoples lives better, have a few good laughs, and then when it's all over go out with BANG!
I remembered that I had this saved in my phone, and after all this time, I never posted it. Figured this weirdo might be something someone cares about, lol.

FORCED EVOLUTION
Instead of taking a turn with Sugar Man, you may choose a Unique Hero adjacent to Sugar Man that is not an Android, Construct, or Undead, and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 1-10, the chosen figure receives one wound. If you roll 11 or higher, choose either the unaltered Move, Range, Attack, or Defense number on the chosen Hero's Army Card. For the rest of the game, add one to the chosen number for each Wound Marker on the chosen figure's card. You may never choose the same figure for Forced Evolution more than once per game.
FOUR ARMED ASSAULT
If Sugar Man inflicts at least one wound on an adjacent figure with his normal attack, he may attack an adjacent figure again. He may continue attacking adjacent figures, until you fail to inflict a wound. Sugar Man may attack a maximum of four times in a single turn.

Bio
Spoiler Alert!
The origin of the mutant known as Sugar Man is shrouded in mystery. When Legion changed the past accidentally creating the Age of Apocalypse with mutants ruling North America, Sugar Man was a student of that world's version of Mister Sinister and eventually he would go on his own to become master in genetics setting his base on Niagara Falls. There he regularly tortured others and performed inhuman experiments on them

Honestly, no clue how accurate this is. I think I was riffing off of Mister Sinister, and maybe my old Dark Beast design, which was also probably a riff on Sinister. But it's definitely too late at night for me to bother seeing which was posted first

Forced Evolution is a cool effect, but has a bit of a memory mechanic to it in terms of which figures have been affected and which stats have been affected.
