INTO THE FRAY INTO THE BREACH
After revealing an Order Marker on this card and ending Captain America’s movement adjacent to an enemy figure, you may choose one Unique Hero you control within 6 8 clear sight spaces of Captain America, up to two Unique Heroes you control within 6 8 clear sight spaces of Captain America if they are both Soldiers or Scouts, or up to 4 Common Soldiers you control within 8 clear sight spaces of Captain America. Move the chosen figures up to 4 spaces. You may add 2 spaces to this movement if they end this movement adjacent to Captain America or an enemy figure. If a Unique Hero moved by this power ends its movement engaged to an enemy figure, roll an unblockable attack die against that enemy figure. Figures moved by Into The Breach will take any leaving engagement attacks.

BIO
Born in New York City, Isaiah Bradley enlisted into the military after Pearl Harbor. Bradley and 300 other black soldiers were forcibly chosen as test subjects for a recreation of the Super Soldier Serum. Only Bradley and a handful of other men survived the tests. Bradley’s final assignment was a suicide mission, to stop the development of the German Super Solider formula. Bradley took a Captain America uniform and a shield with him on the mission. After his successful mission, Bradley was court martialed and jailed for 17 years, for stealing the Captain America uniform. Although mostly an unknown hero, the black community hails him as one of the greats, with many being awestruck when he appeared at Storm’s and Black Panther’s wedding.
Added disengage to Living Legend, it's his big spectacle ability, adding a little more value to a good role felt right. I thought about pumping his attack up to 6, but I figured adding some more oomph to Into the Breach would give him more of an identity.

Bumped up the numbers on Into the Breach (And changed the name, thanks Nobody!) It now lets Unique Heroes moved by it roll an unblockable in melee, and you would be able to roll 2 sometimes, but that's something that probably won't happen too often. Adding Scouts and Common Soldiers gives him a little more diversity, Bumblebee/Bucky would both make solid Into the Breach targets. Hulkbuster Soldiers are overly specialized to be taken in most builds, but I wouldn't be surprised if another common squad of soldiers ends up happening. I think Captain America could use a little streamlining and wording help here or there, but I really like the core of the design! Cool character, cool implementation.

Thanks Ronin! Agreed on fine tuning Cap, he does read a little choppy. I’m pretty happy with where I landed for him overall.

MONSTER MARTIAL ARTIST
When attacking an opponent's adjacent figure with a normal attack, add one automatic skull to whatever is rolled. When defending against a normal attack from an adjacent figure, add one automatic shield to whatever is rolled, and all excess shields count as unblockable hits on the attacking figure, if the attacking figure is Huge.

ENERGY ABSORB
When defending against a non-adjacent attack, one shield will block all damage. After rolling defense dice against any attack, if King Caesar did not receive any wounds from that attack, place one blue Energy Marker on this card. A maximum of 3 Energy Markers can be on this card.

EYE BLAST SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 6. Attack 2 + Special.
Roll two additional attack dice for each Energy Marker on this card. After attacking with this special attack, you may remove an Energy Marker from this card to attack again with this special attack.


Could drop MMA for something like this.


BODY SLAM SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 6-7.

Choose a Large or Huge figure adjacent to King Caeser. Place the chosen figure on a different space adjacent to King Caeser. Roll 1 unblockable attack die against any Small or Medium figures adjacent to the chosen figure.

INFINITE MANSION
At the start of the game, choose up to 2 other Unique Heroes in your Army and place a white Avengers Marker on their cards. The chosen figures and Wasp are in the Infinite Mansion. Figures in the Infinite Mansion do not start the game on the battlefield. Once per game, before initiative is rolled, you may place the figures in the Infinite Mansion on any empty spaces on the battlefield. Figures moved with Infinite Mansion must be placed so that they are not engaged.

SCIENTIST SUPREME
Before Wasp or a figure you control with an Avengers Marker on its card attacks a Common or Unique figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Wasp, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 16 or higher, the defending figure may not use any special powers on its Army Card for the rest of the turn. If you roll 3 or lower, the defending figure rolls 3 additional defense dice for the rest of the turn.

SIZE-CHANGING DEFENSE
If Wasp is attacked with a normal attack and at least 1 skull is rolled, you may choose one of the following options;
  • Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 13 or higher, Wasp takes no damage and may not be targeted by figures that are not Tiny for the rest of that player's turn.
  • If the attacking figure is not Huge and you roll at least one shield, the most wounds Wasp can take from this attack is one.

I like Monster Martial Artist, personally.

Infinite Mansion is pretty interesting. Might be the strongest start zone bombing power yet, though.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

@Tornado , I’m so glad you drafted up a Caesar! I like what you’re going for, and with some restructuring, I think all 4 ideas can fit on the card into 3 powers for a really clean, fun and true Caesar.

Starting off, Energy Absorb and Eye Blast Special Attack can be combined into one to accurately depict what we saw in Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla (1977).

Three times, Mechagodzilla was able to fire his rainbow colored Space Beam at Caesar, which Caesar absorbed, and then fired the exact same beam right back using his Prism Eye. The fourth time Mechagodzilla used Space Beam on him, Caesar took the hit, and then after that Mechagodzilla threw out additional Space Beams in his barrage, during which Caesar also never Prism Eyed back.

I’d suggest:

Prism Eye

When rolling defense dice against non-adjacent Special Attacks, roll one additional defense die for each skull rolled by the attacking figure. Count all excess shields rolled as unblockable hits on the attacking figure.

Basically just Hulkbuster for non-adjacent Special Attacks (energy blasts). Prism Eye absorbed those Space Beam blasts, after which, Mechagodzilla switched to his finger missiles, which Caesar seemed unable to absorb. I thought it might be important to create some distinction between Normal and Special attacks, although of course, in-game Caesar would be re-firing some missile based Special Attacks.

Since Showa Mechagodzilla is Caesar’s iconic original adversary, it would be a fun matchup where Mechagodzilla has a whole arsenal of Attacks at his disposal, which, once per game, he could use them all consecutively. Showa Mechagodzilla could have Finger Missiles (multiple ranged normal attacks), Space Beam (Special Attack that can “lock-up”other Ranged Special Attacks), Cross Attack Beam (AoE Special Attack).
And Caesar fights Godzilla in Final Wars, so it’d be a good counter against him as well.

As far as Caesar’s hand-to-hand, he very much relies on utilizing his own momentum in his favor, or an opponent’s against them, first being very Self-Defense/Martial Art-istic in 1977, then evolving to add in some over the top Pro-Wrestling style in Final Wars.

I’ve spliced your MMA with Body Slam to make it a defensive judo throw:

Perhaps something like:

Tackle Break Special Attack

Range 1. Attack 3 + Special.
Instead of moving and attacking normally with King Caesar, target a figure and move King Caesar up to 6 spaces in a straight line, ending movement adjacent to that figure. Roll 3 + X attack dice against that figure for this special attack. X is the number of spaces between the targeted figure and King Caesar’s placement before this special attack. After after using Tackle Break Special Attack, King Caesar may move an additional 2 spaces away from the targeted figure. King Caesar may use Tackle Break Special Attack up to two additional times against the same figure each turn. When moving with Tackle Break Special Attack, King Caesar will not take leaving engagement attacks

This will also allow him to not get caught up in crowds. He can even target DOs with this special attack.
