All the targets have to be Unique Heroes, so they mostly shouldn't be chumps. If you have such a good army that you can choose to throw away your +1 and +2 attack bonuses, so be it, but I don't think that's like an incredible strategy or anything. It just means there are aspects of KGBeast you're not using.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I like numbering the markers and killing targets in order, since it's like he's checking off his hit-list, and also it's not really something we've done before.
I'm pretty versatile here otherwise. Sure the 7 attack dice is pretty crazy, but he only gets it against a single figure. So you'd want to use strategy to place your markers to begin with. #1 on Kick-Ass, #2 on Luke Cage, #3 on Superman (Well prob not but you get the idea). Also he's apparently a master at every weapon known to man (Like everyone is), and uses rocket launchers (Partially represented by killing the commons around the target), if that helps justify it. I don't REALLY want to drop his attack to 3, since he shouldn't be a chump against everyone else. But I'm fine with defense subtraction if we like that better. |

In general I don't like -3 def. for reasons stated many times before. But limiting it to one figure and it not working until other events occur first should keep it in check.

We could do +1 attack, +2 attack, +2 attack AND -1 Defense.
Doing the mechanics like that would add a lot of words, but it's doable. The other powers are pretty small anyway. |

+1 target, +/- 1 target, +2 target, but then the progression of target priority is muddled as is doesn't go 1/2/3

Might have to word it with bullets. The markers would still be numbered, but the card text would specify the bonuses.

Ick. Keep it clean. I'd rather see +1/+2/+3 or -1/-2/-3 depending on which works better for game balance.

Like if you want to do all minuses, I'm cool seeing that switch. I like the consistent/progressive nature of it, though.

I like the simplicity, but do get Johnny's theme concerns and crazy defense subtraction concerns. Just trying to find a middle ground!
