The MTG one wouldn't really fit this project, though I could see the fit for the AOTP blender.

The werewolf might, though we do have a Werewolf uncommon in our Books of Index.

INFINITE MANSION
At the start of the game, you may choose up to 2 other Unique Heroes you control and place a white Avenger Marker on each of their cards, then place 2 Glyphs of Infinite Mansion Doorway on this card. At the start of every round, you may either place 2 Glyphs of Infinite Mansion Doorway from this card onto empty spaces on the battlefield or place any Glyph of Infinite Mansion Doorway on the battlefield onto any other space on the battlefield.

SCIENTIST SUPREME
Before Wasp or a figure you control with an Avengers Marker on its card attacks a Common or Unique figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Wasp, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 17 or higher, the defending figure may not use any special powers on its Army Card for the rest of the turn.

SIZE-CHANGING DEFENSE
If Wasp is attacked with a normal attack and at least 1 skull is rolled, you may choose one of the following options;

• Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 13 or higher, Wasp takes no damage and may not be targeted by figures that are not Tiny for the rest of that player's turn.
• If the attacking figure is not Huge and you roll at least one shield, the most wounds Wasp can take from this attack is one.

FLYING

PERMANENT GLYPH
When one of your figures stops here, you must immediately place that figure on an empty space adjacent to any other Glyph of Infinite Mansion Doorway, if possible. After placing that figure, if it does not have a white Avengers Marker on its card, that figure's turn immediately ends. Figures moved with Infinite Mansion Doorway will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

This is Hank Pym from the era when he was leading the Mighty Avengers and using the superhero name of his dead wife like a weirdo.

I have the feeling the Doorways might be too powerful right now, as they'll basically allow a mass migration to height/enemy SZ on Round 1. But that's the basic idea for what I think he should bring to the table synergy-wise; something Cosmo/Heimdall-esque but for Avengers.

Yeah, I think he'd need a more significant drawback to the teleportation. I think that implementation lends itself to a lot of cheese.

I'd be tempted to lose the glyphs and abstract it out. Like, just letting a couple Avengers start somewhere on the map besides the SZ, or even a once-per-round 'teleport one Avenger' thing both capture the idea to me, in a way that's a lot simpler and easier to turn dials on, and less directly competes with Cyborg (II)/Cosmo/Heimdall. Been a while since I read Mighty Avengers, though.
