I was doing some tests of future C3V units today on Viper's Paradise and found that the placement of the ruins are annoying and not very useful. There is only one hex between the ruins and the jungle trees in front of it and it is really hard to place unit in that area, which is part of the start zone.

So I've decided the best idea is to eliminate the Ruins from the Viper's Paradise map for the tournament, because I still love how the map plays. Just a FYI.

Hello, I wish that I could attend this tournament. Unfortunately I have a prior engagement in Nebraska that week and so will be hitting the Des Moines Double Down on the way back. I just moved to the Bay City area from Nebraska. Out in the Upper Midwest there's a massive tournament scene and I was wondering how often MI has tourneys in the area. I have been looking around but they seem to be few and farther between. Anyway, just a 'scaper looking for a new community to link up with. Good Luck with the tourney.

I've never seen a tournament anywhere other than SE Michigan, which is somewhat disappointing really.

When I actually took the lead i tired to do tournaments every other month or so. ZBX tends to spread them out a bit more, but I think that has a lot to do with his other 'Scape related responsibilities.

Hopefully you can join us next time. My guess would be late April or early March.

Not looking good for me. Everyone is bailing out and I do not think I can afford a solo trip. Bummer too, I just got my van running but unfortunately have not been working lately so the budget is thin. There is a chance Yig might go if he does not work. This basically depends on the weather. If it is windy I might be there. I should know by Thursday, hopefully.
