That last power affects all uses of Phoenix Force on any card.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Also there is another figure that references the Phoenix Fire power and what I initially had was Phoenix Inferno here that did something slightly different so we moved to this design.

The Phoenix Force should probably have a single-based clarification, since there has been confusion about it in the past.
