Alright, that's a pretty simple tweak:

All other Unique Criminal Heroes and Unique Thief Heroes in your army are considered to have a Sinister personality instead of what is listed on their Army Cards. If all Unique Heroes in your army are Sinister, all other Unique Heroes you control add 1 to their Attack numbers, and 2 to their Move numbers if there are also exactly six Unique Heroes in your army.

What is the point total of docs sinister six? Sorry I'm mobile today and not at a computer.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I really like the +1 attack, +2 move if Six idea. It feels very "let's rush him together" style.

I believe the original Sinister Six (without Doc Ock) (so Electro, Vulture, Sandman, Kraven, and Mysterio) comes in at 750 points. It'd be awesome if this guy could come in at 250 to round out that team at 1,000.

Ah, yes, someone wrote in a letter and asked for it ....

But, yeah, I'm cool with seeing a Holograph free army totaling 1,000. I don't think Mysterio needs them as much with these boosts.

Good point...yeah my memory told me the original Sinister 6 was 1000 points so I was concerned that we weren't going to actually get a round number here...The Holo's do give us that extra space so...COOL.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Yeah, I think 250 is a reasonable target for him, and I don't mind the Holograms getting left out.

Won't be able to quite hit the original line-up if we don't retcon Kraven, but you could swap Kraven for Scorpion to stay at 1000. Or Shocker and the Holograms at 995.

I'd say put the Kraven retcon to a vote. My non-vote is yes, please, make him Sinister.
