UTILITY BELT 2
At the start of the game, after Order Markers are placed and before initiative is rolled, you may place up to two Utility Equipment Glyphs of different types on this card. Batman can equip a Utility Equipment Glyph even if there are other Utility Equipment Glyphs on this card, up to a maximum of 2. Batman cannot lose these Equipment Glyphs by any means unless he is destroyed.

MIRACLO ENHANCEMENT
Start the game with 5 Miraclo markers on this figure's card. After revealing a numbered Order Marker on this card and before taking a turn, you may remove one Miraclo marker from this card. For the remainder of the round this figure has Super Strength and and adds 2 to his move, attack and defense numbers. At the end of the round, if you removed a Miraclo marker from this card, you must roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 1-6 place a Wound Marker on this figures Army Card.

SURGICAL STRIKE
If Batman inflicts at least one wound on an adjacent figure with his normal attack, the defending figure receives one additional wound.

Yeah, but that helps little. Even if you test him, the design may change before release. Also any info gleaned cannot be posted publicly unless you get permission from the Heroes.

True, the best we can do is adjust the design when Hourman is released

[MENTION=45334]laughing matter[/MENTION], I like the sound of that so how about attack stats around 3 or 4 and gets +2 and SS for using Miraclo. And a roll of 13 or higher(Vengeful Vigilantes adds 2 or 3 to roll possibly) and maybe a drug dependant power that's states if he doesn't have this glyph to roll an unblockable attack die at the end of the round.

That's a better, much cooler idea! How's this? I added the restriction to it to keep other, less thematic characters from using it.

For the remainder of the round this figure has Super Strength and and adds 2 to his move, attack and defense numbers. Once this figure has no Miraclo markers on its Army Card destroy this Glyph.

In hindsight, it would probably be safer to just stick with what I had before, to keep other figures from juicing up.

I'd prefer not to have a figure card, 2 glyph cards, 2 glyphs, & 5 markers all for one unit.

[MENTION=45334]laughing matter[/MENTION] Yeah I liked what you had with it being a special power instead of a glyph, it makes it less confusing and it still incorporates the addiction and keeps up with the theme, and Surgical Strike is a must for him being a famous surgeon.

I think your a little mixed up. The Etomidate Batarangs were for the Flashpoint Batman (were Bruce died and Thomas became Batman, and Martha became Joker).
The Miraclo ability is for Earth 2 Thomas (who faked his death, and took up the mantle from his son after Bruce died as Batman) and I decided to not make it a glyph and keep it as a power on his card.

You could probably simplify the glyph a tad
