I think that's everyone minus Marg whose absent right now and a majority support 4 spaces so I'll go with that and an occupancy of 4. I hope this makes it into a cool Fantastic 4 scenario eventually.

Subterranean Movement
You might be able to terminate the first sentence after "this special power," as the rest of it might not be necessary. And since it can't be moved "normally," perhaps the first part of the second sentence can be deleted. Or, you might simply state in the first sentence something like: "This Mole Machine may only be moved by this special power and can never move normally."

You have a really cool Bat Signal now, so perhaps we can find a Special Eyes Signal on Amazon.

I have a Theoryscape concern about the same level restriction, as it might be too limited on many maps. This can be determined via playtesting. If you find it too restricting for most maps, you might be able to borrow from Mole Man's Tunnel Surprise to do something similar here.

Drilling Damage
I see you go to the same dentist I do.

Nice touch, and I >love< the fact you can apply this to destructible objects.

Final Thoughts
There are several deft touches in this design, such as its occupancy, its effect on destructible objects, and its special form of movement. And the figure shown in the picture you posted looks really great and should look fantastic on the battlefield!

I'm in favor. I agree with Porkins that it's not really thematic anyway. I totally imagine Mole Man and his Moloids using this thing to drill all the way up from Subterranea to Manhattan.

Yea so I tested it without that restriction and it was pretty fun.

Units: Fantastic 4 (1000) Vs C3G Doctor Doom, Doombots x3, Mole Man, and 24 Moloids (1000)

Spoiler Alert!

Human Torch was able to get into the Mole Machine first and take advantage of its Drilling Damage to clear out some of the Moloids and Mole Man, with so many Moloids involved in the battle though, it was hard to move the Mole Machine around too much so Human Torch abandoned it in favor of taking height advantage. After that, the Mole Machine was ignored until Doctor Doom died and failed his roll for his last Doombot. That Doombot took the Mole Machine and tried to make as much use of the drilling damage as possible but Thing and Mister Fantastic we able to tear the Mole Machine apart after several boosted attacks (Mister Fantastic had 3 wounds).
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Mister Fantastic with 4 wounds and Thing with 2 wounds.

Really the match was fairly one sided. None of the Crime-fighters wanted to break their bonding with Luke by getting into the Mole Machine so they stayed out and there was no real reason for the Criminals to take it until it was down to Mysterio. He took it but Luke Cage and Iron Fist were just tearing it up and were able to take the Mole Machine and Mysterio down before he could hurt them too bad with the Drilling Damage.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Luke Cage with 3 wounds and Iron Fist with 4 wounds.

So I am pretty happy with how this design played. I'll only need one test when it gets to that point. Does another Hero want to run 2 quick tests or should I ask Scapemage or quozl? I figured this one is an easy one to keep Super Secret.

I can test it Tickle, but it won't be this weekend. I actually want to have a playtest free weekend for once so I can do some other things I haven't gotten to enjoy during the "Greg Time" of the weekends. But I will get to it.
