I think that's everyone minus Marg whose absent right now and a majority support 4 spaces so I'll go with that and an occupancy of 4. I hope this makes it into a cool Fantastic 4 scenario eventually.

I might just drop the same level restriction all together for simplicity. This thing has enough mobility issues. It occupies 4 spaces in a straight line with the tip of the drill hanging off the end slightly. (see my recently posted pic of my Bat-Signal in the C3G Mapmakers contest thread and it's in the background.) Players may add this to the game however they like just like the Sports Car. Eventually I hope there will be a Fantastic 4 scenario using it.

Subterranean Movement
You might be able to terminate the first sentence after "this special power," as the rest of it might not be necessary. And since it can't be moved "normally," perhaps the first part of the second sentence can be deleted. Or, you might simply state in the first sentence something like: "This Mole Machine may only be moved by this special power and can never move normally."

You have a really cool Bat Signal now, so perhaps we can find a Special Eyes Signal on Amazon.

I have a Theoryscape concern about the same level restriction, as it might be too limited on many maps. This can be determined via playtesting. If you find it too restricting for most maps, you might be able to borrow from Mole Man's Tunnel Surprise to do something similar here.

Drilling Damage
I see you go to the same dentist I do.

Nice touch, and I >love< the fact you can apply this to destructible objects.

Final Thoughts
There are several deft touches in this design, such as its occupancy, its effect on destructible objects, and its special form of movement. And the figure shown in the picture you posted looks really great and should look fantastic on the battlefield!

I'm in favor. I agree with Porkins that it's not really thematic anyway. I totally imagine Mole Man and his Moloids using this thing to drill all the way up from Subterranea to Manhattan.

Yea so I tested it without that restriction and it was pretty fun.

C3G INITIAL PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM

NAME OF THE TEST UNIT Mole Machine

- THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them.
Pass

- MIRROR TEST/ Check to see if the unit were played against itself, if there would be any loops that would upset the balance of the Game.
Pass

- BONDING TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing Bonding abilities to make sure there are no continual Bonding possibilities that do not stop appropriately or do not stop at all. This is to prevent loops in Bonding.
Pass

- SYNERGIES TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing synergies to make sure there are no factors that could break the game by making any unit too powerful or too weak.

- POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any.

So I am pretty happy with how this design played. I'll only need one test when it gets to that point. Does another Hero want to run 2 quick tests or should I ask Scapemage or quozl? I figured this one is an easy one to keep Super Secret.

I can test it Tickle, but it won't be this weekend. I actually want to have a playtest free weekend for once so I can do some other things I haven't gotten to enjoy during the "Greg Time" of the weekends. But I will get to it.
