Spoiler Alert!

Thor and Allen get Masters markers, Hal and Barry get Avengers markers. Both teams mobilize in the first round. They close in on each other at the end of the round, with Thor failing to do damage with God of Thunder Strike (and then Carol attacking Thor and doing no damage).

The Avengers take round 2 initiative. Carol starts bonding with Hal to tackle Thor, dealing 6 wounds to him. Barry actually burns all 3 of his markers in this round, repeatedly healing Carol so that she can square off with Thor, preventing her from going down early.

Unfortunately, Thor gets a double-turn due to initiative swing and hits a big roll to take off the rest of Carol's life, costing the Avengers an OM. Hal brings down Thor in retaliation and puts 4 wounds on Allen before Allen takes him out (A twice-wounded Hal gambled rolling defense against a 3-skull roll and lost).

In round 4 Allen takes the initiative and takes down Barry.

Worth noting that this is about the same result as last time, but I felt better about Barry specifically. He was able to keep Carol in the game for an extra turn, which probably would have been an extra -round- if Thor hadn't been rolling really well against Carol (4 skulls, 5 skulls, then 5 and 6 across his double-turn). And that was without really making use of his attacking capabilities.

Both teams mobilized quickly, due to Martian Manhunter hitting 4 blanks (and the small number of figures on the Lantern team). Team 1 takes a strong edge in the first round, as Barry jumps in and draws first blood, hitting Star-Lord for 2 wounds. Hal follows up by taking out Angel in one hit.

The second round scrapping sees Barry burn a marker to heal both the Decoy and Hal. Hal ends the round with 2 wounds and 2 battery markers. The Green Decoy, Green Shield, and Martian Manhunter are all destroyed.

Hal goes down early in the next round. Kilowog takes heavy damage (and would have died if Barry hadn't burned a marker to heal him once), but he and Barry manage to take down Robot and Star-Lord.

Bug takes out Kilowog in the next couple rounds, and Kilowog can't muster the skulls to hit him very hard. Barry and Bug square off. Despite Bug's double attack, Barry's ability to scoot out of range after the first attack puts them on pretty even ground. In the Flash-Fear showdown, which plays out over a couple rounds due to low attack/defense numbers, Flash narrowly comes out on top.

Unit Summary:

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: He feels much more solid with the scatter and reactive healing. He plays a nice backup to the GLs, with superspeed letting him evade some of the stuff that can pin down heavy-hitters. Particularly in the second match, he was nice as a figure that could skirt around other figures to get at the cheerleaders.

What point value would you peg him at? I've been feeling 290-300, any preference based on how he played in your games? You had 2 equal results for the most part. He went 1-1 in my games and Gutudak's games. So I think we're in a good place here either way.

Don't know that 290 vs 300 makes a big difference for him, yeah. I was running him at 300 and he felt worth it, so I'd err in that direction.

Did the CRB ever chime in after the change to Flash of Hope? I don't think that it's anything too worrying, but I'd like to make sure there's nothing we're missing before we move out of playtesting.
