The Book of Captain America (Steve Rogers) (New Avengers)

Dang, looks like I missed a lot while at work. Results of the 1st test look promising though!

Could just be bad luck, but thus far he's falling a little flat. Generally getting taken out quick, or missing most of his rolls. Thinking I may change up how the Shield Throw works before running more.

May do a combat dice approach where he wants shields or something.

Should be 2/9 based on the breakdown. Definitely below average luck, but not by a ton. 35% should average 3-4 on 9 rolls.

If he's going to be somewhat fragile, maybe you should lower the shield roll some? Seems like it's going to be his main thing.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND
At the start of the game, choose up to 2 friendly Unique Heroes. Place a white Avenger Marker on their cards. After rolling initiative, immediately move Captain America and friendly Heroes with an Avenger Marker on their card up to a total number of spaces equal to your roll. Figures cannot exceed the Move number on their card.

STEADFAST SHIELD STRIKER
When attacking normally with Cap, if you roll 2 or more shields, the defending figure subtracts 1 from its Defense number for the remainder of this player turn, and you may immediately move Cap 2 spaces up to 6 levels up or down and attack again. Cap never takes leaving engagement attacks or falling damage.

I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY
When Cap would be destroyed by receiving wounds, roll 2 combat dice. If you roll at least one shield, he instead takes no damage and, if the attacking figure is within 5 clear sight spaces of Cap, it receives a wound.

Don't know that it wows me, but it at least feels a bit more interesting now, and different than Cap (I).

Looks pretty solid. Neat how he'd have the ability to keep hanging on with that last power. He'd probably pair well with Zatanna (II) or Scarlet Witch (II) for some rerolls.

Zatanna II can only change something to a blank I believe, but Scarlet II could work well, yeah.

Initials completed. Capped the attacks at 3 just to avoid him getting too crazy when boosted or wielding Mjolnir.
