What do you think about the Move increase for Lollipop and the the mechanic for Racecar Driver?
I think it would add some fun options for the Sports Car. May be fun to let Lady Blackhawk drive the Lollipop.

If what he does is all over the place, I'd probably want a third power that feels a bit more different. I reckon you could probably put all the vehicle stuff into a single power and have a third for something else.

After revealing a numbered Order Marker on the Army Card of a Champion you control, you may remove a Justice League marker from this card. If you do, you may immediately rearrange any unrevealed Order Markers on Army Cards you control and move any other figure you control within 8 clear sight spaces of Black Canary up to 4 spaces.

CANARY CRY SPECIAL ATTACK
Range Special. Attack 4.
Choose 3 spaces in a straight line from Black Canary. All figures on the chosen spaces, and all figures other than Black Canary within 1 space of the chosen spaces, are affected by this special attack. Roll 4 attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Symbiotes roll 1 fewer defense die against this special attack.

I tried my hand at translating my Birds of Prey Canary I did a while back into a JL Marker version. She's had a leadership role in both teams, so I think it works. The JL Marker system also allows her to play with thematic allies of varied classes while still pushing her to work with Ollie, Oracle, Vigilantes, etc. That's something we struggled with last time around.

Strategist is kind of an odd toss-in for a class, but I feel like I've seen Oracle working with the JL enough times that it counts. We could always axe that, and either just call out 3 classes or include something like Warrior or Investigator. I think the potential of throwing OMs on Oracle for an initiative boost then rearranging them might be enough to make Canary still want to work with her.

I don't think there's any funky loopholes that can be done with JL Field Commander. There's no Champions yet that do fancy OM tricks that you could cheese, but there could be something I missed.

It wouldn't be proper Birds of Prey without Oracle, IMO. I'm liking that!

Archers aren't really Birds of Prey, are they? If you're looking for another class, something like Adventurer for Lady Blackhawk might make more sense (though obviously that brings some baggage with it).

Very cool design. Oracle should definitely be in. Oracle, Black Canary, and Huntress are the main three members from my understanding. I'll echo Bats in leaving off Archers since the power is called Birds of Prey. If this was a more general JL design I'd keep it.

It'd be cool to limit Birds of Prey to female members, but that's not really doable since we don't call out gender on cards. And there were some male members, like Hawk.

Hawk seems likely to be a Vigilante, so he and Huntress could come under the same category. Vigilante and Strategist belong in, IMO. Spoiler and Batgirl (Cassie) seem like they'd be decent additions, which would pull in Sidekick considerations. Not sure on that, though. They'd already work well with whatever Vigilantes you pulled in.

You guys have a point about Archer. Obviously the intent was to allow her to play well in a JL build with Ollie, but if the power is called Birds of Prey it should probably be about the Birds of Prey.

Classes I was looking at as a replacement were Warrior and Investigator. Warrior pulls in an unreleased character that is involved with both JL and BOP, as well as some other JL connections. Investigator, while it doesn’t pull in any BOP now, could pull in a potential Montoya Question design, and she definitely runs in the same circles as the Birds. It would also give the JL a tie-in to a class they still need.

Adventurer would be really nice to rope in LB though, so that’s probably the best choice. Field Commander doesn’t really play great with the F4 so hopefully it won’t be too bad. Plus, pulls in Animal Man to the League, which is cool.

Yeah, I think the worst you'd get is Invisible Woman, and Mister Fantastic is still going to be her best partner.

I'd actually rather see the Birds of Prey be seperate from the JLA. They would still work well with them, but I don't think they should he tied together. That would be a fail for me.
