I agree with Hogg that it would help the nomination process if it were easier identify who was eligible (ie. which allies were active & interested, have enough points to spend, and not excluded as a result of doing the last design).

I would love to keep a list of eligible designers, but it's very hard. Most members won't tell you when they're going to be inactive, and some people will go long periods without posting, but still log in to check. It'd be a great project for an interested public member though!

In the OP I see this:

But I don't know who has how many points or what other designs they might be working on. Also, it looks like half of the people on the list of designers haven't updated their list of designs in years or are inactive on the board. A lot of the figures on the list have already been done now too.

Anyone is eligible to nominate designs, whether C3G member or just casual fan! Eligible designs are any from a C3G Ally who has 15 or more points. You don't have to worry too much about the restrictions. If a design is nominated that is not eligible, I will notify the nominator and allow them another chance to nominate.

I agree. I really want to see Cheshire win, but I'd easily throw my other votes on Bleez or Miss Martian; love those two designs, but they all seem pretty good.

I'm in the same boat with Cheshire but it's Miss Martian or Psimon I'd like to see. The Miss Martian is close to what I was working on which is not surprising since I too had talked with Bats way back. I had a telekinesis but I really like the team mental shield power in this one.

Knowing that there were these that I had somehow forgotten about I agree a list would be helpful.

Unfortunately, Smithy has been inactive for a while and hasn't yet responded to being tagged last week. You're welcome to nominate something else, or wait to see if Smithy returns.
