This is pretty cool (the use of the technology, that is.)
They have divided the images into a grid and distributed the tedious work of visually searching all of these images to thousands of volunteers around the world.

I was able to search 65 squares in about 15-20 minutes.
I didn't find anything.

Oh, I'm afraid that he was. Figuratively speaking, that is.

But we're looking for his plane, and I don't think that got summoned to Valhalla.

There are 45,000 squares to be examined at the moment, so I intend to do some more later today.

What if some jerk finds the plane, but says he didn't? For all we know, there's a team of Grut Orcs rejecting every square, in order to hide Fossett from us.
