I think I like A the most as it allows for an in faction combat die manipulator to help her out if we really wanted one.

Slight preference for A with the blank. Would rather do B than go shield.

A, could be convinced to switch from blanks to shields since it would still be an either/or situation, but the blank feels like it could be better used factionally in some way. Stacking the W + negation I worry would be too effective vs. some units.

I think A could actually work for us here to give our Leader something to play with. Enough so that it may be worth looking at some of the other members of the team that belong with her and see if we can use that.

If it's coming in too unreliable we can try shields. But I think that may make it too much.

I like A, I will note that it probably makes Zatanna a good pick. (Trap Door Teleport probably offers some buildable tricks as well.)

She's also not be useful for anything else there. She's neither a Mutant or in the X-Force and can't be recruited. SO likely ok.

Yep, and I don't think the gulf between the skull effect and blank effect is massively vast either.

Pretty unanimous on A, have updated the OP with that version, as well as Lock the Pain to 3 spaces!

Any preference on Range 1, Attack 5 vs. Range 3, Attack 4? She's done some ranged attack stuff before, but I've not read all the X-Force runs to know if it's a common thing she does there. I do agree with what some others have said in that Range 1 Attack 5 enforces the intended playstyle a bit more, and another Psylocke can come along that does range stuff.

Yeah the R1 A5 option makes her feel more ninja-y I think. And plays more into her other powers.

OP does have her at Range 1 Attack 5 already, so unless someone has suggestions for her being ranged I'll leave her as is. Did also change Psychic Dagger's name to Psi-Blade. It's never referred to as a dagger from what I can find, and don't want to step on the toes of 1.0 Psylocke.

Anyone wanting more testing here? I think she's ready to go personally, and the change to Psychic Dagger / Psi-Blade is pretty small.
