A Medium 2 will only be able to go up or down 1 level of terrain.

Seems plenty for a dolphin. Especially one that can turn into several other non-dolphin figures. A dolphin leap power that could like, leap to a nearby water space even if it's higher up would be cool, but not strictly necessary.

I really don’t think height is a problem. Most water on most maps is fairly flat, and even if it’s not you can just draft Pterodactyl form with him.

It will be weird though when Ocean Master makes a whole map water and Dolphin is trapped by a two level elevation.

Sounds like grounds to start working on a Water Combat rules expansion.

Maybe just include a clause on his card that he can ignore elevations when moving from water space to water space? Seems minor enough.

This seems like a minor enough change that it wouldn't affect testing, and it would cover those edge cases. Maybe just elevations up to 6 levels, though?

I think we might be trying to solve a problem that doesn't really exist - it didn't come up at all in testing. He just doesn't spend that much time climbing.

Bump his size to 3? Add to Marine Life that you don't count his size of 2 when climbing onto a water-space?
