I'd rather not tie the two together, since Nightwing could still take turns with her with the bonus. Doesn't make much thematic sense for her only to be upset if she takes an Order Marker.

Well I was also trying to break up the Nightwing combo with her, since I thought that was a bit of a goal for these YJ designs.
Thematically she's taking charge of the situation and kind of rashly rushing in to do her own thing because she's pissed.

That's true too. I worry it'll make her even less playable though. The current Cassie writeup favors melee attackers. I don't want Arrowette to be completely left in the dust. But we don't specify WHICH OM, so I guess she could grab whatever Nightwing doesn't want.
I suppose I'm convinced.
But I think she might trend downwards in points rather than up.
