No Warforged! Problem solved!
I just opened my Veterans of the Last War set and found only TWO warforged soldiers in there. It was my understanding that there should have been THREE. I called customer service and they were able to take care of the problem. Thanks WotC!

Has this been a common problem? This isn't the first person I have hear (read) say this. Fortunately, both my packs of Veterans had all 3.
Good luck getting your third! (If you are lucky, they just might send a whole new squad!)

I actually had the same thing happen, posted about it in the
"Quality Control for D2 much improved" thread. The one I'm missing is the bottom right one, it's the only mistake I've noticed so far out of my 19 total opened packs (6 of that particular set). I contacted Customer service and the guy was really helpful. He sent me an email and had me fill out some info, and said that they should be able to get this taken care of and send me the figure I am missing.

I received similar good customer service from WOTC earlier this year. One of my Primordial packs was missing the Earth Elemental, and they sent me a new one for free.

Um...WOTC...I...um...bought 3 cases of Wave 3, 4, 6, and 12 and all the packs were empty...can you please send me replacements for the missing figs and cards?
Oh ya...and I also bought 2 each of the Lava and Tundra set...and oddly enough...those were empty too

I just got my 2 Wave D2 cases,1 D1 case and 2 extra Wyrmling packs and everything was there.
