PAINTING TUTORIAL


Shuri is pretty simple! The only modding you'll need to do is clipping off her ponytail. You may want to sand down the clipped spot a tad, the minis I did had some glue residue there that stuck out.

For painting, start by painting the whole thing black. A can of black spray primer might be useful here if you use primer. Two white lines for her eyes.

The trickiest park is adding a brown belt and leg strap. Check out the comic references, as it's a little hard to see in the mini photos. One brown line around her right thigh, and a brown belt. Be sure to make her necklace brown as well! I used a lighter gray for the teeth on her necklace, but you can do whatever color there!

I did a lot of highlighting over the black, using a dark blue/gray mixture, but that's entirely optional.

For Taking Charge, you probably want that you reveal the Order Marker on another *card* you control. You also still want instead of taking a turn with that figure language in there to clarify the trigger.

Looks good overall! Let me know if you want me to take a stab at cost on the calculator.
