We played that way for the first 2-3 months we got into scape. I know what you're going through.
I'm also glad that I'm not alone on this one.

LOL. Actually, I have only been playing for about four months. And as Ugly-Caco said, pretty much all my game ran for over an hour. The bad part is that a couple of times my wife would roll extra skulls and would say "I got two hits", or something similar, and I would say, "No, it doesn't matter how many skulls you roll, you just get one hit". Man, I hate when she's right! And as far as experienced goes, well, I am old.

Great trades with Onacara, Gypsy, SirGalahad, elltrain, generalgina, Concord, Just_a_Bill, LongHeroscaper, janus19390, and the very generous obfuscatedhippo.

Old is good. Better than dead (I suppose, never having actually been dead, myself.)

Here's a question for those who were playing it wrong: Do you feel heroes were better this way? More balanced? Overpowewred? Underpowered?

At the very least it makes Crixus' ability completely pointless, which is enough reason for me not to play this way.

Yeah, now his card makes sense. Go figure. It also makes him look a lot more attractive. (as a viable unit, NOT in a "Hey, that dude is attractive" kinda way!)

Age 13, I, in anger at a broken baseball bat, threw the fractured short end to the ground. It bounced and stuck by a long pointy piece in my left eye tear duct. I know about sharp sticks to the eye! (I also know how a mother reacts to a son who walks into the house with half a baseball bat sticking out of his head...I'm so glad she was a nurse!)
