Heavy Hitter or Mid-Level Hero Test - What should be the unit's point value?170? 180? 175? - Give a brief overview. He’s a really cool and really fun fighter, and quite strong, but maybe a little weak for his weight class right now. If he can get a good nut punch and a good follow-through, he can cripple a mid-level hero in one turn, but that’s a fairly big if and it still doesn’t guarantee victory. Fortunately, even without that, he’s not without means, and Cocky Fighter can be really good depending on the matchup. Map:Mayberry (no glyphs)

- Theme Test - Pass - I don't have much personal experience with him, but he's feeling right. - Mirror Test - Pass - Bonding Test - Pass - Only generic bonding. - Synergies Test - Pass - The only non-generic synergies are Human ones, which... let's be honest, not a big deal. - Power Check - Pass - Can't see a way to break his powers, but he can feel really scary if you're rolling hot for Nutcracker. - Fun Test - Definite Pass - He's a competant fighter and cocky celebrity whose special move is punching people in the balls - what's not to love? - Fun Competitive Test - Pass - Nothing about him felt particularly annoying to fight. - Drafting Test - Pass - Absolutely, he's a really fun stand-alone fighter. - Usage Test - Pass
- Strategy Test - Pass - Between his three different styles of attack, the ways they can intersect and the risk/reward ratio of Nutcracker, he’s incredibly strategic on the attack, and Cocky Defence allows for a lot of strategy and risk-weighing when defending as well.

Overview: That was a fun game! Johnny got an exceptionally lucky shot in on Thanos here, but only did a little bit apart from that. Still, he's a really fun and distinctive fighter. He works really well with both Nebula and Raiden here, better than I think this test necessarily showed. He works well with Nebula because his Nutcracker is a very all-in attack - if it works it's great, but it has a 75% chance that it'll probably do nothing. If you can fall back on Nebula if he fails, taking that chance becomes more appealing - sadly, that only came up once here and her own blow was blocked by Penguin, but she did at least burn an Investment Marker. Raiden's a great pairing because, if Johnny's about to be hit with an almost-certainly fatal attack, he can just relax and lean in to Cocky Defence fully - normally, if he would receive a fatal blow, he wouldn't be able to strike back, but paired with Raiden? Raiden can swoop down, save his life, and give him an opportunity to land a blow on his aggressor with Cocky Defence. That worked well here, the only shame being that Johnny was the first to fall so Raiden couldn't blast people with his own lightning when he came down. I actually love that bit of soft synergy between two defenders of Earthrealm. You could provide something similar to Nebula with a number of figures, notably Ms. Marvel, Rocket Raccoon (vII) and Havok, and Valkyrie likely makes a good alternative to Raiden.
Thoughts On The Tested Unit's Cost, Balance, & Draftibility:
I really like this guy - he got a bit lucky in both of his Army Tests, but he feels about right at 180 to me. I’m happy moving him forwards at that.
