I'm glad you had a good time. You Oklahama 'Scapers (I'm looking at all of you) will have to hop on and let me know when you'd like to have another event. If we can all agree on a date I'd be happy to plan the next event. Otherwise I'll probably wait until May to actively puruse hosting an event.

As to the first question... let me get back to you on that. wbdhoc discussed it but forgot to include it in our final decision on format.

Samuel Brown will always be allowed at any tournament that I run, ever.

Prizes can be new or used. I suppose they should be worth at least $5-$10, but other than that it's just as much as you want to give.

EDIT: I can tell you that if we allow Marvel, it will be with a restriction on all armies that no more than 50% of your armies' points can come from one army card. i.e. no more than 220 points towards the same common squads, heroes, etc. Excepting Jotun, I suppose.

I think the cap should be 250 Pts. as that would allow every classic scape figure, including Jotun, and It would allow Spiderman, Venom, Captain America, Red Skull, Iron Man, and Dr. Doom as well, leaving out the overly powerful Marvel figures as well. Just food for thought, and thanks for the reply.
