You could just use Mysterious Item Glyphs for that.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

WARBOUND
While No-Name is adjacent to at least one friendly Gladiator, add 1 to her Attack and Defense numbers. After No-Name defends against an attack, you may move one Gladiator figure you control.

If No-Name would receive exactly one wound from a special power that is not a special attack, you may ignore that wound.

STINGER TAIL STRIKE
No-Name may add 1 to her range when attacking a figure whose base is no more than 4 levels higher than her height or 4 levels lower than her base. If No-Name deals one or more wounds with her normal attack and the defending figure is not destroyed, the defending figure received an additional wound.

Don't know the character at all but just by looking at the character I feel like she could do with a slight stat buff? Maybe an extra life or defense? She does have armour on top of her exoskeleton.

Would you want something that ties her to Miek a bit more? She looks pretty fun as is, but she seemed pretty tied to Miek up until his betrayal.

Looks great though! Glad to see the gladiators continuing!

Her Exoskeleton power makes her immune to his unblockables, which is a pretty neat bonus.

The second power synergizes with Miek, so she wouldn't get hit by Never Stopping. I can see making her 5 life, I don't want to push point cost too much with her because I know Green Scar is going to be fairly expensive.

That's a cool interaction, hadn't spotted that so thank you!

I think you could probably push 5 life here and still be under 200. She just seems very squishy compared to Korg and Miek. Could maybe lower her move to 5 if adding bulk to her raises her price too much.

Glad there's interest! With enough variety, you can play a more silly wacky Joker, or a more serious, violent one. Same as how Utility Glyphs range from Shark Repellent to Kryptonite Gloves.

Alright, here is a take on what you have. Feel free to take or reject whatever you like/dislike about it.

JOKER’S WILD CARDS
At the start of the game, shuffle five Joker Cards of different types face down into a Deck. Then choose up to four empty spaces on the battlefield that are not within 4 spaces of, or in, a start zone, and not next to each other. Place a Mysterious Item Glyph on each of those spots face down.

EXPLOSIVE PLAN
Immediately after an opponents figure moves onto a space occupied by, or next to, a Mysterious Item Glyph, that figures movement ends and you must roll the twenty-sided die. On a roll of 1-7, remove that Glyph from the game. On a roll of 8 or higher, flip the glyph face up, and reveal the top Joker Card.

5 Joker Card Ideas:

TICKING TIME BOMB
After revealing this card, place 3 wound markers on it and roll the twenty-sided die. On a roll of 11 or higher, remove one wound marker from this card and roll again. Add 3 to the roll for each Insane figure you control within 5 spaces of a face up Mysterious Item Glyph. Continue rolling and removing wound markers until you do not roll higher than an 11, or their are no more wound markers on this card. When the last wound marker is removed, all the Time Bombs have detonated! Roll 3 unblockable attack die against all figures on or within one space of a face up Mysterious Item Glyph and then reshuffle this card back into the deck. As long as wound markers remain on this card, after placing Order Markers each round, roll the twenty-sided die again for this card.

COOKING WITH FEAR GAS
After revealing this card, replace each face up Mysterious Item Glyph with a glyph of Fear Gas and then reshuffle this card back into the deck.

WAS IT A DUD?
After revealing this card, reshuffle this card back into the deck.

CHAOS THEORY
After revealing this card, flip face up all Mysterious Item glyphs on the board and draw another card. Remove this card from play.

JOKERS' WILD
After revealing this card, you may roll a single combat die. If you roll a blank, give Joker one wound. If you roll a shield, give one of Joker's allies one wound if possible. If you roll a skull, search the deck and reveal the card of your choice. Reshuffle this card back into the deck.

Been thinking lately, it would be fun if we could destroy the wall pieces. Even if it is just while they are being used as stand alone pillars.

Stone Pillar
Destructible Object

Falling Pillar
If a Stone Pillar is destroyed at any point during your turn, before removing it from the battlefield you must choose 3 spaces in a straight line from that Stone Pillar. All figures on these spaces whose bases are not higher than the height of that Stone Pillar receive one wound.

Life 1
Defense 9

I think I'd cut Unstable Ground, let the rules for DOs cover that, and just go with if it's destroyed they aren't ready for it, so flying or swinging doesn't help them. And then maybe bump its defense to like 9 and drop its life to 1 so you don't have to track it?
