Okay lemme help you clean up your Scape Language

RUBY ROSE

Spoiler Alert!

SILVER EYES
When an opponent's figure within 6 clear sight spaces of Ruby Rose destroys a friendly Hero within 4 clear sight spaces of Ruby you may roll the 20-sided die. If the opponent's figure is a Squad figure and you roll a 7 or higher you may destroy it. If the opponent's figure is a Hero figure and you roll a 19 or higher you may destroy it.

CRESCENT ROSE SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 8 Attack 2 + Special
If Ruby is attacking with height advantage, roll 1 additional die for Crescent Rose Special Attack

PETAL BURST
After taking a turn with Ruby Rose, you may use Petal Burst. Petal Burst has a move of 5. When counting spaces for Petal Burst, ignore elevations. Ruby may move over water without stopping, move over figures without becoming engaged, and move over obstacles such as ruins. Ruby may not leap more than 50 levels up or down in a single leap. If Ruby is engaged when she starts her Petal Burst, she will not take any leaving engagement attacks. Ruby cannot use Petal Burst if she attacked with Crescent Rose Special Attack

Overall, mostly thematic. If I remember right though Silver Eyes is specifically a Grimm destroying ability. It knocked out Cinder but she was never in any danger of being killed by it while the dragon died hardcore. Overall pretty fragile figure who can hit hard and has an auto destroy so this is roughly correct. Added a height limitation because she doesn't ACTUALLY fly although it's pretty close to it with Petal Burst

WEISS SCHNEE

GLYPHS
All friendly figures who start their turn adjacent to Weiss Schnee may add 2 to their move value. Any figure who use Glyphs to move ignores terrain effects from tiles they move onto or occupy during this turn.

DUST SUMMONING
Start the game with 3 Summoning Markers on this card. Whenever Weiss Schnee destroys a figure, you may place it on this card. Figures placed on this card may not be returned to the game except by this special power. After taking a turn with Weiss Schnee, you may roll the 20 sided die. If you roll a 14 or higher, you may remove a Summoning Marker. Choose a figure on this card and place it on an empty space within 4 spaces of Weiss Schnee on a space where that figure can be placed. You may immediately take a turn with that figure. For the duration of that turn this figure is considered to have the name and species of Summon. After this turn is over, remove that figure from the board.

This is a pretty good summation of her two abilities. I allowed her glyphs to ignore all terrain features which is basically what she does with them. It ignores road, but also water, heavy snow, slippery ice, and molten lava. Doesn't protect them from lava field at the end of a round.

As for summoning, I had her place the figures on the card because otherwise you're asking for a nightmare of a memory mechanic. The TKN language and changing the name and class should ignore almost all the powers that could cause finickiness and requires that you be able to place the figure.

Better stats than Ruby (which is weird to me) but probably at least 120 with that setup.

BLAKE BELLADONNA

Honestly your language is basically great here although I would change swing to move. Also I'm curious why it's THE BEAST and not something like FAUNUS AGILITY. Having a Vanish power on a hero is really good but thankfully it's worse than his and she's not exactly super sturdy. Cost feels about right for that. I would've given her Double Attack or Double Assault and swung the can't take Falling Damage into Gambol Shroud but it's fine for what it is.

YANG XIAO LONG

EMBER CELICIA SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4 Attack 3

Choose a figure to attack. You may also choose one figure adjacent to that figure to be affected by Ember Celicia Special Attack as well. Roll attack dice once for all figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately.

BURN
Start the game with a Burn Marker on this card. When Yang Xiao Long would take one or more wounds from an attack, you may place the Burn Marker on that figure's army card. Yang Xiao Long rolls 2 additional attack die when attacking a figure with a Burn Marker on its card (or army cards if that figure is common)

You don't have to specify she doesn't need LoS for splash damage and since you choose you don't have to include her. I also changed it to a Burn Marker for memory mechanic issues.

I like this although again I would've thought about Double Assault here. Point cost seems about right.

Thank you Dysole! Your comment is extremely helpful and honestly full of ideas I that make a lot more sense (mostly with the markers and cleaning up Summoning extremely well)

I do agree that silver eyes really doesn't kill any non-Grimm, but trying to implement it in that way just sounded a lot harder, and with the range and visibility conditions that go along with it, and with Ruby being a squishy character you're going to want to position extremely carefully, I thought it might actually be more of a rare occurrence for Silver Eyes happening in a battle. You'll hear me say this quite a bit, but I haven't play tested the characters yet so time will tell! Things can always be readjusted.

All your changes for Weiss are extremely helpful! I will definitely being using this to change how her abilities work! I still want to play test her a bit before I decide to bump her point value up, but I will keep in mind that you recommend I do! My reasoning for that is I don't know how useful Summoning will be. It definitely has potential to be super powerful! But with Weiss's low attack she'll most likely have trouble getting kills on valuable targets. I almost think of her similar to Me-Burq-Sa in a way. Me-Burq-Sa is only worth 50, but if you play him right his movement, range, and paralyzing stare can be extremely powerful and much more than the 50 point value his card is worth!

The Beast was just an ability I threw on at the very end. Fall damage really does come extremely rarely in the casual games I play, to the point that every time it does happens I have to pull out the manual and read how it works! The name was just inspired from her fairy tale origin. Since she represents Beauty and the Beast, and her Faunus features are that of a cat, I thought it would be a cute little ability to add on.

Thank you for better wording on Ember Celicia! I was using James Murphy's Shotgun Blast for wording, but that hits all targets next to the targeted figure and I only wanted this ability to hit a maximum of two. Your adjustment makes much more sense (as most of them have) and the idea of a Burn marker is so much better, I definitely wouldn't have thought of that one on my own thank you so much for that and honestly all your feedback!

Alright, I've refined the 8 figures and what are in the first post of this thread are my final versions of them (at least for now, they still may change with time, but these feel right)

I like the refinements. I think Weiss, Roman, and Adam turned out as my favorites. The ability to move some tricky figures around at the beginning of the game is pretty awesome, same with being able to pull in relentless figures for reinforcements. Weiss pulling stuff from the graveyard for a single turn is also really fun to see, it's a mechanic that I would enjoy playing with/against in heroscape because it expands options in a given situation.

I did notice that on Petalburst you have some left over wording from the flying ability that looks like it needs to be updated. Unsure if that was a typo, happens to me often when I am using the official wording via copy/paste.
