I wouldn't mind 2 packs of the Minion's of Utgar. A local place here had some, but they all disappeared.

Note that there is only a few packs of them, and only like 1 or 2 at each store... I think Ive only seen a TOTAL of 2 packs of minions... at least 3 swog packs, only one Krug... I cannot afford to get them then bring them and sell them, I will need people to pay me to go get them...

Are you planning on having refreshments? If not, I can set up a concession stand (having a business license comes in handy sometimes )

- We need 3 more youngsters for the Jr. tournament. It will be on with 3 if we have to, but 6 would rock.

Codexes, maybe. It's a lot of colour printing...

Concession stand as in
-water
-pop
-juice
-chips
-chocolate bars

all $1 each, saves out of towners and so forth from having to head for a store mid day.

Maybe signs for each map stating what map it is. I can do a couple bigger signs and laminate to put up outside day of the event.

Sure, you can do the concession stand.
We will provide some drinks for free, but when they run out I am sure people will want more.
Also we won't offer food.

Signs for the tables for hte maps would rock,
Don't bother with big ones for outside.
