When rolling for initiative, add 1 to your roll for each Assassin, Criminal, or Thief Unique Hero you control and subtract 1 from your roll for each Unique Hero you controlled at the start of the game that you do not currently control.

Here's a power I had for him, something like what Nobody has would be cool. Anything where he ties together Syndicate members I'd enjoy. Also his armor's supposed to be tough to crack so I might suggest 5 defense. You're the LD, so anything you feel is or isn't right for him, let it be known.

TARGETING COMPUTER
Reduce War Machine's Range number by 1 for each Wound Marker on this Army Card. Add 1 automatic skull to whatever is rolled when War Machine attacks a non-adjacent figure with his normal attack.

Played War Machine and realized this would be a good power similar to Targeting Computer, but with a downside, also a reference to Stark tech.

So this power, if you have figures destroyed does that reduce the initiative roll as well? I understand if someone can mind control people, just unsure about the last part.

Yeah, that would lower your initiative for each destroyed Unique Hero in your army.

'You control' = 'In your army' + 'On the battlefield'

How about this, I'm not sure if we should bump the defense up to six because he has no Stealth/Evasive Flying power:

Range 5. Attack 3.
Immediately after rolling attack dice for this special attack against an opponent's figure, if Beetle rolls at least one skull, you may move Beetle or another figure you control within 5 spaces of Beetle up to 2 spaces. Figures moved by this special attack never take leaving engagement attacks from the defending figure. After attacking with this special attack, Beetle may attack 1 additional time.

POWER ARMOR: FAULTY TARGETING
Reduce Beetle's Range number by 1 for each Wound Marker on this Army Card. Any time Beetle attacks a non-adjacent figure, if you roll more shields than skulls, your opponent must choose another figure within 3 spaces of the defending figure and you must roll an unblockable attack die against that figure.

I'm not sure how well it scans for faulty targeting to be part of power armor. I know I wouldn't want to build a system into my power armor that created faulty targeting.

I might call it Power Armor: Targeting Systems, but even then it's a bit confusing how the damage to the targeting systems lowers his range but doesn't increase his chances of hitting a different target. I think that power may be trying to do too much at once.

Difference in opinion - the name totally scans for me. The Faulty Targeting is an aspect of his Power Armor.

I do agree that maybe the range bit is superfluous? But then again I’ve never personally loved that bit on War Machine in the first place.

Yeah I would drop the range bit if it's part of a new power anyway, it's kind of a chore.

I think even Faulty Targeting Systems for the part of the title after the colon would help it scan as part of Power Armor better.
