I'm liking this version:

JUSTICE LEAGUE SUPPORT
At the start of the game, place 1 blue Justice League marker on this card for each Unique Protector or Scientist Hero you control, to a maximum of 3. When rolling for initiative, if at least one Order Marker is on this card, you may add 2 to your roll for each Justice League marker on this card.

BOOM TUBE TRANSPORT
Instead of taking a turn with Cyborg, you may remove 1 Justice League marker from this card. If you do, place a Glyph of Boom Tube power-side up within 3 spaces of Cyborg. You may then choose a figure you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Cyborg. Immediately move Cyborg and the chosen figure up to 3 spaces each. After moving using Boom Tube Transport, Remove the Glyph of Boom Tube from the battlefield.

CYBERNETIC ENGINEERING
At the end of a round, you may remove one Wound Marker from this card or the Army Card of a Unique Android Hero or Unique Cyborg Hero adjacent to Cyborg.

You should bunker down here and move this along, not just for the design itself to start getting some playtests done, but also for anybody waiting to design next. It's been a month and we haven't even moved into Initial Playtesting. The last version I posted, if people are in favor of it, could be put in the SP and then call for a vote.

Agreed. This one is sitting in neutral for no reason as far as I can tell. Lets move get a vote started on something. Any issues should come to light in testing.

What's the official procedure for if an LD abandons his own design thread for an extended period without any explanation? I mean, this guy hasn't posted anything anywhere for almost a month - either he's basically abandoned the thread or we should be pretty worried about him.

It hasn't happened often, but if an LD needs to drop out or disappears, another member steps in to run the design through the rest of the process. It has been a while here, so if we don't hear from @bsbush7690 in the next few days, we'll look for someone to take this over.

So sorry to hear that man, hoping everything gets easier for you soon. Real life always takes precedent over our silly stuff here, so if you feel like you need to take a break at all, just let us know.

Anyway, on the design, not sure I'm on board with dropping the SZ restriction from the Boom Tube power. dok had some concerns about that being strong, and I have to agree with not wanting another figure that aids in SZ bombing. Too often, t ends up driving a lot of the figure's cost.
