Supergirl enters the Robot.

R1: Champions win initiative. Both teams move forward. Johnny takes a shot on the Robot and misses.

R2: Champions win initiative. S/B Robot takes Sue out with its Caped Comet Smash. Johnny lands 3 wounds on MM from height. MM moves away from Johnny and hits Reed for 2 wounds. Reed takes a swing on MM and is blocked. The S/B Robot is blocked by Ben. Johnny takes a shot at MM and is blocked, Ben hits him for 2 wounds, and Reed hits him for 1.

R3: FF4 wins initiative. Johnny takes off with his Flame On dealing 2 wounds to MM. Supergirl uses her Krypton’s Resolve to keep MM around until the next round. MM follows after Reed and lands 2 wounds on him. S/B Robot hits Reed for the final wound. S/B Robot hits Johnny for 2 wounds.

R4: FF4 wins initiative. MM is destroyed before starting this round. Johnny gets some distance and lands a wound on S/B Robot. S/B Robot lands 2 wounds on Ben. Ben attacks and is blocked. S/B receives a wound from Ben’s Rock Wall Defense. Ben lands a wound on S/B Robot. S/B Robot lands a big hit for 3 wounds on Ben.

R5: Champions win initiative. S/B Robot takes out Ben with another big roll. S/B Robot attacks Johnny and is blocked. Johnny flies away and attacks from afar taking out S/B Robot and ejecting Supergirl. Supergirl lands a wound on Johnny. Johnny once again flies away, this time hitting Supergirl for 2 wounds with Flame On, and an additional 2 wounds with his normal attack.

R6: Champions win initiative. Supergirl attacks Johnny and is blocked. Johnny lands a wound on Supergirl. Supergirl finally takes Johnny out with a big swing.

Winning Team: Supergirl with 2 life remaining.

Statesman, or the Freedom Phalanx for that matter may not have been the best choice but did give it some staying power.

R1: Champions win initiative. Both teams move forward. Manticore hits Lightning Lad with a Glue Arrow and a wound. Saturn Girl places a wound on S/B Robot and Cosmic Boy hits it for 1 wound as well. Positron lands 2 wounds on Lightning Lad and Manticore is blocked. Cosmic Boy lands a wound on S/B Robot.

R2: Champions win initiative. S/B Robot destroys Cosmic Boy and Positron takes out Lightning Lad. Shadow Lass drops a Darkfield and Positron hits her for 2 wounds. Saturn Girl places the last wound on S/B Robot ejecting Statesman. Manticore and Positron are both blocked by Shadow Lass.

R3: Legionnaires win initiative. Saturn Girl places a wound on Positron. Saturn Girl takes 2 wounds from Hammer of Justice. Shadow Lass hits Positron and Statesman takes the wound. Shadow Lass takes 2 wounds from Positron. Saturn Girl places a wound on Positron taking 1 herself. Statesman attacks Saturn Girl, wiffs the roll and Shadow Lass blocks Positron’s attack.

R4: Champions win initiative. Statesman ends the game with a big Hammer of Justice.

Winning Team: Statesman with 5 life remaining, Positron with 2 life remaining, and Manticore unwounded.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Pretty great design here. Mech of Tomorrow is awesome for setting up its Caped Comet Smash. World’s Finest Defense is a nice touch that gives it some really good staying power even with such low life. I could see it being easily taken out by multi-attacking enemies but that’s normal. The first game was pretty even and went well for both sides. The last game, however, the Champions had some good attack rolls and the Legionaries couldn’t roll defense. While I wish the second game would have been a little bit closer, I don’t think it had much to do with the S/B Robot. I wouldn’t change anything, I think it's solid.

Pre-Game Thoughts/Preview : No great targets here for Caped Comet Smash, but still might come in handy to hit multiple targets. Besides that, Aztek and Plastic Man are gonna get into melee for Green Arrow to bond and throw out attacks.

Damage Done (Normal Attack) : Used 8 times, 5 wounds to Frozone, 3 wounds to Jack-Jack, 3 wounds to Elastigirl, 3 wounds to Mr. Incredible
MECH OF TOMORROW: The movement is really useful, since B/S Bot has a poor base movement of 4. The initiative boost is also a solid help after getting into the enemy line, and worked well with Aztek.
CAPED COMET SMASH : Used 1 time, 3 wounds to Violet, 2 wounds to Elastigirl
WORLD’S FINEST DEFENSE : Really helped slow down B/S Bots death in the engame.

Frozone is Jack-Jack’s Babysitter.

The Incredibles struggled offensively outside of Mr. Incredible, and for the most part didn’t really have the offense to take out the JL before they got grinded down. Plastic Man tied down Mr. Incredible for a long time in the midgame, and come endgame, Starman (who was inside B/S Bot all game before Mr. Incredible destroyed it) won the war of attrition against the wounded Mr. Incredible.

B/S Bot performed really well, as the Incredibles were pretty split up with Elastigirl going after Green Arrow, Mr. Incredible and Dash tied down by Plastic Man, and Frozone/Jack-Jack busy fighting B/S Bot. After B/S Bot took them out the Incredibles were on the back foot. Mr. Incredible eventually took out Plastic Man/Aztek and Reckless Property Damage helped to kill B/S Bot pretty quickly, but it wasn’t enough.

Pre-Game Thoughts/Preview : Pretty optimal army for B/S Bot to fight. I’m going to put Vibe in the Bot, and just send him in to Smash Optimus.

Damage Done (Normal Attack) : Used 2 times, 2 wounds to Punisher
MECH OF TOMORROW: Let B/S Bot get into position for Caped Comet Smash, and helped his team win initiative before dying.
CAPED COMET SMASH : Used 1 time, (+10 die), 8 wounds to Optimus.
WORLD’S FINEST DEFENSE : Took forever for Punisher to kill because of this, letting the rest of the Champions start working their way up.

Fun back and forth game. Team Transformers were able to get Punisher onto height and Bumblebee taking up the spaces on equal ground, letting Punisher fire away. However, Supergirl was able to live with one life, and she and Steel managed to cleanup Prowl and Oracle. Oracle did 4 wounds to Steel though, nearly bringing it back.

I put every OM onto Vibe and threw him into the B/S Bot early game, and flew them in with the goal of just using Caped Comet Smash on Optimus. Rolling 15 die is hilarious, and Optimus whiffed his defense roll and died. B/S Bot didn’t do a ton after this, but got some wounds onto Punisher and took forever for the blue team to kill. This let B/S Bot’s teammates work their way up. The Supergirl/Steel combo had some solid rolls, letting them cleanup the blue team.

This was a pretty optimal team for B/S Bot to fight since there were so many good CCS targets, but even after oneshotting Optimus it was still a close game.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Supergirl 1/7 Life, Steel 1/5 Life.

General Thoughts on the Tested Unit : from me. Not always gonna be against figures with 10+ height, but is still a good initiative booster and tank if nothing else. I like the Mech of Tomorrow and Caped Comet Smash combo. World's Finest Defense makes the Bot surprisingly survivable when he's not defending against multiattackers. 2 close wins has me feeling like he’s good to go.

Sweet. Definitely won more than lost in public testing, but he felt more or less balanced to everyone. I'll hold off for comment or concerns a bit, but hopefully we can get this guy moving forward soon.
