For sure. I could see him in that Hawkeye/Green Arrow/Moon Knight/Jewel/Batman (Terry) class of 150 pointers though. We'll see what the public tests say. Always nice when we can get to this point and have a clear range of 10-20 points one way or the other established, feel comfortable the design isn't overpowered or underpowered, and just use the public tests to narrow down that cost to just the right place.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
