Is it clear in Defiant Fury that it can't stack with itself? It's only meant to be a single +2, no stacking with multi attacks or anything like that.

I think yes. If it occurs more than once, like with mutli-attackers, it'd still be 1+ wounds, but I've been wrong on that front before. Might be worth querying Soundwarp on just to make sure the mechanics are clear on that front.

I would change "After" in Defiant Fury to "If" - I think with that it makes it clear it doesn't stack. With the after trigger I think it is a little unclear.

Wording. Wasn't sure on whether to capitalize Spell or not, but Orko has it lowercase.

Any interest on this for the Hellfire Mastery ability? That gives her the ability to use Hellfire Spells without self-wounding while not making her the best spell caster for other spells that self-wound (there are none now, but who knows what will come in the future).

What about swapping the Fury around, might make it a little clearer?

Lady Death has +2 attack the first time she attacks an enemy if that enemy dealt 1+ wounds to Lady Death since your last turn.

Not sure if you'd need a "each turn" or "once per turn" in there.

Hmm. I slightly prefer the current ordering of the Fury power, but I'm not opposed to swapping the clauses if that makes it clearer.

I think the thing about Defiant Fury is it doesn't really establish *when* you're measuring the trigger. Something like this would be more clearly non-stackable, IMO:
