I like the second PSI JUDGE power. I am not familiar with the Dredd'verse so I don't know if weakening other telepaths is thematic, but it is a cool ability. PRE-COG FLASH looks pretty fun and useful if the enemy is approaching, or if you just want to move closer. The all around usefulness of it is what is cool to me.

I'm not sure on points, I would almost say above 150 since she will be 5/6 vs undead. However, with only like 3 undead in C3G that isn't going to happen often.

Haven't decided on which 2 of these I would keep. I like Dive Bomb though. I am leaning toward removing Swarm and leaving its Defense high, not sure.
DISTRACTING SWARM
When a Savage Wasp attacks, the defending figure subtracts 1 defense die for each other drone you control engaged with the defending figure, to a minimum of 2 defense die. When a Savage Wasp defends a non-adjacent attack, add 1 additional defense die for each other drone you control adjacent to the defending Savage Wasp to a maximum of 2.

DIVE BOMB
After moving normally with this Savage Wasp, if he is not engaged, you may move up to 3 additional spaces in a straight line. Add 1 die to his attack for each space moved with Dive Bomb. After using the Dive Bomb special power, if this Savage Wasp attacked and did not inflict one or more wounds, place a wound marker on this card.

POISON STING
If Savage Wasp inflicts at least 1 wound with an attack, roll the 20-sided die for poison damage. If you roll a 15 or higher add 1 additional Wound Marker to the defending figure's Army Card.

SLOWED BY COLD
Snow and Ice terrain spaces count as 2 movement (reword like heavy snow). If a Savage Wasp attacks or defends while on a snow or ice terrain tile, ignore Distracting Swarm. (add to Dis. Swarm?)

I used this excerpt from National Geographic as a basis for Immobilize:"They use their front legs to snare their prey with reflexes so quick that they are difficult to see with the naked eye. Their legs are further equipped with spikes for snaring prey and pinning it in place." Not sure if something similar to Blob's Stuck would work except without a marker how would you know which figure is stuck? I also wanted to add in a defense penalty for the Mantid against anyone other than the figure he is Immobilizing, but it is already too much text.

IMMOBILIZE or PIN
If this Savage Mantis wounds a non-huge figure that does not have the super strength special power, you may place that figure on this army card to a maximum of 1 figure. A figure on this army card may only attack this Savage Mantis. Savage Mantis must attack the figure on its army card and always receives height advantage bonuses when attacking or defending against that figure. If this Savage Mantis receives a wound, remove any figure on this card and its controlling player may place the figure on any space adjacent to this Savage Mantis.

CAMOUFLAGE
If this Savage Mantis is adjacent to a tree or bush it cannot be targeted by any attack or special power requiring clear sight.

Distracting swarm is WAY to powerful for his point cost(although that is the right power to go with), but I like the second special.

Perhaps change the first special to only other savage wasps, rather than any insects (otherwise you could simply swarm a person with ants and reduce their attack to 1)

Actually it isn't that powerful. Subtracting defense dice is less powerful than adding attack dice. I did bump it up to a minimum of 2 defense dice.

? It was meant to only lower the defense of the figure being attacked, not lower their attack. I was trying to capture the defender swatting around and less likely to defend the one that was attacking. Maybe it needs some rewording.

I'd move the life and attack up to three, make them Uncommon (and a lot more expensive) and drop the special attack.

Well just so you know where I was coming from, Kree Scout has a threat range of 13, Attack 3, Defense 4, Tactical Teleportation and Hero Bonding and I think they are pretty well costed at 40.

That being said, I will work on an uncommon version because I think it might make more sense. However it is all the more reason to leave insects in Distracting Swarm since there will be less uncommon Savage Wasps on the board the higher the point cost goes.

No problem with distracting swarm as is. I like how it encourages you to draft a bunch of different insects together with Ant-Man.
