Character Bio - During World War II, government scientists developed a "Super-Soldier formula" based on experiments with cellular samples from an alien corpse. They administer the formula, as well as solar radiation, to a young man named Clark Kent. The mixture of the formula and the radiation gave Kent incredible powers and abilities, including super-strength, heat vision, and flight.

HEAT VISION SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4. Attack 2 + Special.
Choose a figure to attack and roll 2 attack dice, or 3 attack dice if the chosen figure is an Android or Destructible Object. For each skull rolled, roll one additional attack die. Continue rolling an additional attack die for each additional skull rolled until no skulls are rolled. The defending figure rolls defense normally.

MAN OF WAR
When rolling combat dice for a normal attack or defending against a normal attack, you may count all blanks rolled as either extra skulls or extra shields.

SAVIOR'S SHIELD
Once per round when a friendly figure adjacent to Super Soldier is targeted for an attack by an opponent’s figure, you may switch Super Soldier and the targeted figure. After the figures are switched, the attacking figure must target and attack Super Soldier, if possible. Super Soldier takes all leaving engagement attacks when moved with this special power, but the initially targeted figure does not.

As is, I'd calculate him to be worth about 520.

Groovy.

I probably wouldn't go above 5 on Defense - Cap can be really tough to crack for low/mid-level guys, and 6 Defense with Vibranium Alloy Shield would probably be tough to go up against. I'd keep him at Cap's 5D + Vibranium Alloy Shield and use the Life as your dial to turn to get him at the right toughness level.

Not familiar with the character though, so can't offer a lot of other insight.

I could get behind dropping his defense by 1. Max potential of 6 shields is still really solid.

I really like this powerset as 1 Superman power, 1 Captain America power and 1 power to represent the Amalgam character.

No prob. Dropping his attack by 1 would probably get you the rest of the way. Blanks counting as skulls is pretty powerful.

Oh yea he's definitely Alien of some sort right?

Scratch that, they put alien DNA into him. Unsure if that makes him Mutate or Metahuman. Probably need to figure out for Spider-Boy too
