I used to cut them off, but got sick of doing that pretty quickly. It keeps the mini on the base way better, so I usually just leave it on.

Anyone feeling we are good here?
I think he is OK but my character knowledge is a little weak here and he plays a lot differently from my normal style so I find him hard to evaluate. Large, single hex is certainly worth a few points.
EDIT: Do you have a Height for that figure Bats? 7?

I can't stand the look of those bases, so cut them off whenever possible! Some cases like Capt Marvel (Danvers) I left it on though.
