Starting cost estimate for this guy? I'm getting 110 on the calculator but I'm not the best at using it.

Man-Thing is 280, so if he hit 120 that would be kind of cool. A nice 400 point block for those who want to play them together.

I just feel like his powers are going to play out a little less useful than they look most of the time so I expect him to end up cheaper.

If I bump his defense up to 4 to represent him being small and slippery to hit it gets closer and I could try him at 120.

I think he'll really like Zatanna (II). That first power has a lot of potential to be nasty with her and Star-Lord.

I think he could justify 120 as is. 110-130 is the right range for him, though, IMO, leaning towards the upper end of that if you do bump his defense to 4.

I do think it should be capped at a total of 4 attacks like RA & BC are. I missed it didn't already include that language. Unlimited is never good.
