Character Bio – How fast is too fast? Jenni Ognats, granddaughter of Barry Allen, daughter of Dawn Allen, and member of the Legion explores this idea both as a hero of the 30th century and during a period in which she is stranded with her ancestors (and time-hopping cousin/new BFF Bart Allen!) in the 20th century. She may not always know when enough is enough, but XS is a hero at any speed!

• Q: Does XS have to move 4 spaces in order to use Excessive Speed again?
  A: As long as XS has moved at least 4 spaces on her turn, she can continue to roll for and use Excessive Speed without any additional movement.
  "Move up to 4 spaces" means she can move 0 spaces as well.

Figured it was time to try to finish up the alphabet ... here's my last one, the dreaded X!

I went with two powers to keep to the Legionnaire aesthetic we've established. Another Super Speeder to add to that grouping too and a Metahuman for future Team Flash synergies.

The timing on Excessive Speed and Superspeed isn't the most clear. I clarified that in Dash's OP, but maybe there's wording we can use to fix both of them.

Other than the timing, seems real simple and should fly through. No issues. Obviously decent bonder since she bonds with herself.

Hmm, yeah, that's tricky. It wouldn't help Dash, but an end around here could be to do something like this:

SUPER SPEED
XS may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stop her movement when entering water spaces. After taking a turn with XS, if XS did not use her Flying special power this turn, XS may move up to an additional 4 spaces.

EXCESSIVE SPEED
If XS started her turn unengaged and moved between 4 and 8 spaces this turn, then after taking a turn with XS, she may take one additional turn.

Simple but gets the theme across. I like it.

Could do something like this:

I like making Excessive Speed trigger on Superspeed actually being used.

I'm not too concerned about Dash since they both trigger at the same time for him and you have to choose one, but I thought we could get more clarity here.

You could also clean it up by just not putting Excessive Speed in terms of turns. Something like:

OK, will ponder the options. Big thing to watch out for in general is kiting issues.
