It's interesting. It definitely fills a few slots for the Justice League faction and benefits from their synergies (Batman and Wonder Woman in particular).
Notably, Jump Into the Fray (which I'd just call Into the Fray) doesn't have any no additional turn language, so it'd stack with other turn bonders. I'm not sure if that's ideal or not. The Order Marker removal bit is a pretty big limiter at least. I'm still digging Defensive Arts and the D20 Canary Cry (though not crazy about the title for this one). And, yeah, I'd say she's in the 210-230 range. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Looks good to me. For the Canary Cry, I might change it so that you roll for each figure individually, but there's nothing wrong with doing one roll for all of them.

One roll would make her a nice option for Fate was the reasoning there. Trying to overtake Psylocke in terms of good combo. Not opposed to multiple rolls though, which would favor Batman a bit more(though we’re beginning to have more multi-rollers with Ollie and Hawkgirl etc. so I’d be careful not to burn through his too fast.)
Can name the 2nd power Scream Queen. No super big preference. We can put the no additional turns language. We can also change her turn to after instead of before, just figured before gave it a little more leading the charge, no time to waste flavor. She should pair well with just about every Leaguer thus far. Don’t undersell giving Superman a nice defender swap in option, as well as another person worth saving, and even a strategy to get more of your people wounded to set her up. Lightening the load in Martian Manhunter’s once per round dissatisfaction, and helping get Ollie’s markers to last a bit longer. Hawkwoman can potentially get the removed marker back. Aquaman likes an OM on the fly, as does Fate when he gets the number he needs. Wonder Twins make for cheap Champions to be wounded adding to her roll. So yeah, she’s still very much designed with all of them in mind. |

5 defense plus an auto shield is really good. That's Luke Cage style defense. Can we drop defense to 4?

Hmm, well 5 defense and an auto-shield (though melee only) is what JL Batman has, so this more or less puts her on par with him. I worry that dropping her to 4 defense would end up with her cost being really close to Black Canary (I).

She’s still vulnerable to SAs and auto-wounds. She’ll also likely need to risk LEAs to setup for her Cry or else hit allies.
Cage’s defense has him only taking 1 wound if he rolls at least one shield, special or normal, fwiw. Thought process was she’s close to Batman martial arts prowess wise, but perhaps a bit more acrobatic/nimbler extending that to range. |

Well Batman is still Batman, with armor and gadgets and plot armor from being Batman, on top of it only being on adjacent attacks. Canary's might actually be better since it's all attacks (Both are normal attacks, I know). Basically I get kind of let it slide on Batman for being Batman, but Canary doesn't have the gadgets or armor or "being Batman." Feels a bit off here.

Yeah, that's a fair point. Being unarmored, she's probably more on the level of Green Arrow defensively, and JL Green Arrow is 5 defense but no auto-shields, just a defensive/after defending movement power. So I could see a drop to 4 defense being thematically justifiable.
It definitely drops her into a closer range with the current Black Canary, though, which doesn't seem ideal. With 4 defense I'd probably try her at 210 points? C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I’d say 190 feels fair at 4. But we can always let testing decide. I kind of liked 230 for a nice 1000 point Canary, Arrow, Batman, and Wonder Woman army. If we get down to 190 we might be able to swap Wonder Woman for Fate or potentially Martian Manhunter post re-evil at least.

Yeah, really need to press forward on Martian Manhunter stuff. I won't have another testing window until at least tomorrow night, though. I really need Bat-Kiddo to get back to school ....

Updated the SP. I think it may be better to just go with 5 defense and Counter Strike, to make sure she comes in as low as possible. If we're missing a decent 1000 point army at 230, I think aiming for 180-190 may be ideal?
