Thank you for hosting and providing awesome burgers!!! The scenarios were very cool and I was glad to run a Chaos in the Catacombs game!

Here are a few pics from our game day on June 4. Thank you to all who joined in the fun. Special thanks to Longy for the hours spent helping to set everything up.

I ran 2 Armies on the day and was on a roll until I ran into Siege and the War-Forged .. and some Deathknights that could not get around an auto-shield : (

Went 2-0 with 1 game having control of a Move +2 glyph and a Disengage glyph. Concan was the big hero in both matches - thanks in part of a healing potion and one fabulous 4 shields roll against 5 skulls from Atlaga to keep me alive long enough to finish off Raelin.

Went 4-1 with some close matches. Sir Hawthorne only 'successfully' Stabbed me the Back twice in all of his activations. Both 1's were in my last game but my back-up plan of Myrddin worked both times. Hawthorne's Blind Rage came up big only twice - once against some Armocs and another against Templar Cavalry otherwise he was mostly just a tank. Dumetefs weren't that great even with lots of road tiles on the board. Myrddin was MVP for most games with more than one 3-skull lightning blasts (including a few times targeting my own Deathknights to hit multiple figures).

But totally fun -- I started to remember how to play after a while ; )

In related news, I'm in talks with OrcaCon staff to run a small Heroscape tournament with prizes for the top 4. I'll create a thread for it once details are ironed out. I will only have 1 table and a couple hours so it's capped at 8 participants.
