Just wanted to thank Jacob for his help in getting this for us! (saved the day!)
Also they were nice enough that we still don't have to charge any money for entrants. Grenade lobbyist |

We have the space from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We'll be there at 11:00 a.m. to start building some maps. If anyone shows up then and would like to help us building the maps that help immensely.
Also we could probably use some extra sets of trees if anyone is willing to let us borrow these for the tournament. Thanks again! Grenade lobbyist |

have you considered prebuilding the maps? building is time consuming and im assuming you have to be disasembled and out by 6.im sure there are people who would bring some prebuilt maps as well.

I think I'm going to separate out all the terrain for each map, so that I can build them quick without searching for the right pieces.
Matt's searching for maps that will fit our space requirements, so once he finds the right ones, we'll let everyone know. |

How limited is the space? Sounds like you might have more people than space.

Space will be tight if everyone shows up...
I have reserved 3 long tables that we should be able to squeeze 3 maps onto, plus the guy working there said we could bring an extra table, so we might be able to get 2 more maps on top of that, so if my math is correct, 3x3=9+2=11 hopefully. |

Hey folks,
I'm the owner of Alley Cat, and am excited to have you guys here this Saturday. I've been wanting to see Heroscape be played in our shop. So this is great! Yeah, it might be a tight fit for a couple hours while Heroclix is going on, but we'll do our best to accomodate everyone. As an FYI for those of you traveling from out of the area there are lots of food options in the area. Subway (same shopping center) New Chopsticks (same shopping center) Pizza Hut (same shopping center) Asian Star (same shopping center) BDs Mongolian (same shopping center) Panera Bread (same shopping center) McDonalds (across the street) Burger King (across the street) Krispy Kreme (across the street) Ted's Montanta Grill (across Sawmill Rd) Food and drink are welcome in our game room. We just ask you keep it as clean as possible. We currently do not have vending machines, but do have snacks (candy bards, chips) on sale. You're welcome to bring in drinks (non-alcoholic, of course). Feel free to PM me or post here if you have any other questions. We hope you enjoy your visit to Alley Cat! Jeff |
