I wouldn't start him at 4/4 normal stats in your current direction, he is legit Super-Soldier. He should at the very least be 5/5, though I could see 6/5 or 6/6.
Part of me wants to make it swap during the battle (between MGH and SS), but that is 100% not thematic. I like the idea of choosing before the game. I'd say 4/4 to start with 4 MGH to burn and boost stats, or start with 5/5 or 6/5. Let me think on that.

I wouldn't push his stats up too far beyond where they are now. I could see pushing his Life and Attack up to 5, but I like his Defense at 4, with One Shield Defense.

That's fair. Have you seen the newer mini for him? It's much nicer, IMO.

I don't have that one, but I do like the look of it. Only downside is that the older mini more closely matches the Young Avengers Presents cover art for him, which is really slick-looking.

I tweaked the stats in the SP (Life and Attack up to 5). I'll start there and adjust as needed during the initial. I think shooting for 150 points would probably be ideal? That would put him right between Kate and Cass in points, which feels right. (It also means that all the existing Rookies besides Noh-Varr add up to an 800 point army, which is nice but not strictly necessary)

Not really concerned about the lineup hitting a round number, since it's not the original team or anything. But mid-100s sounds right.

Yeah, it's not a big deal, but since this is the faction debut, I think there's some merit in having an easy go-to build right out of the gate.

On the flip side, using the newer mini jibes wit his non-MGH version. That older mini could then be used to fit in that design space at some point.

That's fair. I'm not sure what our odds are of ever getting a dedicated 'early Patriot with MGH' design, but I know there have been cases where I've wished minis had been left available for my own niche interests.
