Reads to me like he gets an extra die when the figure he is attacking has height advantage.

I was afraid of that. Thanks Q, we will be changing it to this later:

When General Zod is attacking with a height advantage against an adjacent figure, he rolls an additional attack die.

You can get rid of "a".
