Sold a Tundra and Lava set. Bought 3 Master Set III. Haven't updated since the reprint of Wave 1. Unfortunately the recent waves haven't helped much in the hex count area.
My greatest Heroscape mistake: Thinking that Heroscape was a $40 $400 game!

I have 16 lexan mats which are 11x15 hexes. I suppose they don't count though so I will go with 1347 hexes

Just calculated my collection: I have 3,875 hexes:
4 ROTV
5 SOTM
4 BFTU
2 M:TCB
1 TT
1 VW
2 RTTFF
4 FOTA
2 TJ
many small expansions.

please let me know if I have miscalculated.
