Pretty straight conversion on the classic card, but with a few tweaks. Definitely an overall buff since I don't think he was a great value in 1.0:
+ defensive ability works against fliers + defensive ability works against SAs + defensive ability still works in melee a little bit + gets to move after combat + has a class that might do something for him (such as currently, he can get recruited into the Sin Six) - Defense down by 1 - reduced movement after SA (previously it gave a move of 4, now he'd get 2 from the Goblin Glider tweaks) |

looks good to me.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

I enjoyed playing this card in Insane builds in 1.0 and never felt like he wasn't a good value. Not opposed to making some small changes in the conversion process though, as long as the main points stay the same. Seems like you are doing that here. Won't be shocked if the points trend up a bit with the auto defense ability working vs more attacks.

Looks good
Could see some slight wording tweaks on the first ability: PUMPKIN BOMB SPECIAL ATTACK Attack 4. Choose a figure Green Goblin passed over this turn. The chosen figure and any figures adjacent to it are affected by this attack. After using this ability, Green Goblin may use a normal attack action. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Happy to see him converted, he was on my short list I figures I wanted to hit. Good with the changes.
Would be cool to figure out some type of story card where he turns civilians into a Goblin Army. |

So having that Special Attack Action grant you a 2nd Attack Action, that must be a Normal Attack Action, seems like the correct approach. Otherwise you are getting both a Normal & Special Attack out of a single Attack Action use and that seems messy. |

I think it's cleaner to do it as a normal attack action. Can we probably get away with it as just a normal attack there? Yeah. But I'm not sure if it'll create any messy interactions to basically have a normal attack as part of a special attack action.
