Make sure to update "art by" and then yea
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

The phrase “enters adjacency” seems unclear to me in ES. As worded, it affects allied and enemy figures. Should it be changed? Idea:

ELECTRIC SKIN 12
When an enemy figure first enters engagement with Electro, roll a d20. On a 12+, inflict 1 Electric wound on that figure, and you may roll again.

Edit: Also, “enters adjacency” could be read that ES takes effect whenever Electro walks by figures, if adjacency is a “state” one enters, rather than a “space” one enters. I don’t have a good wording for that issue…

Affecting allies is an intentional effect! The intended interaction is that Spidey could yoink one of Electro's allies next to him and electrocute them.

I thought that might be the case. Thanks! Also, it looks like you answered before I got the edit in… right now, he is like a lawnmower: when he walks by or moves into engagement with figures he zaps them. Is that intended?

I could be wrong here, but I would think the intent is the other figure needs to be moving in order to 'enter adjacency' with him. When he moves adjacent to someone, they didn't enter anything as they were not moving.
