I don't know anything about Defenders comics-wise, but having seen the shows, Crime Fighters seem fair for the bonding inclusion, especially where Iron Fist is concerned (unless we're due in for an Iron Fist II).

Pounding the Pavement as a power I quite like. Attack then send 'em packing or call in the backup feels like Jessica Jones to me. I'm not sure I agree with Johnny's interpretation that punching stuff is the backseat option for her (but, I'm only going off my show knowledge).

Iron Fist is a Fighter. Daredevil would be the big loss from cutting Crime Fighter (does she have any connection with Spider-Man?)

Looks good, I like the design. Can't comment on the character sadly - really need to find a way to watch those Marvel shows at some point.

I believe she and Spidey were New Avengers together. Hmm, what class is Spider-Woman? That might be a more important connection than Daredevil.

Spider-Woman is an Agent. That would be a cool connection to reinforce, but Agents might be a weird synergy for her.

She and Spidey also went to high school together! She had a crush on Peter when they were teenagers.

After moving with Jessica, you may choose any Order Marker on an adjacent opponent's figure’s Army Card and view it. That opponent may remove that Order Marker. If they do, Jessica cannot attack that figure this turn. If they do not, Jessica rolls an additional die when attacking that figure. If you chose an "X" Order Marker, after taking a turn with Jessica, you may take an immediate turn with Jessica or one Unique Crime Fighter or Fighter Hero you control within 6 clear sight spaces of her. After this turn, you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

I'm okay with more of an investigator vibe here since her class is going to be investigator. One issue I have with similar types of powers is that I often find myself engaged with a figure that has no OM's on their card for different reasons. Since she's running around asking people for info, I think she should be able to ask about info that isn't on their card. Then your opponent can decide if they want to give the info up or not.

That opponent may allow you to view the chosen Order Marker, if they do not, Jessica rolls an additional die when attacking the engaged figure you choose this turn. If they do and you view an "X" Order Marker, you may not attack the engaged figure you chose this player turn and after taking a turn with Jessica, you may take a turn with a Unique Fighter or Crimefighter Hero you control. After this turn, you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

So basically she's grabs Bullseye and yells at him "Where's the X Order Marker? Does Elektra have the X Order Marker? Tell me what I want to know." If Bullseye refuses to tell Jessica if Elektra has the X Order Marker, then Jessica punches him with an extra attack die. If Bullseye tells her that Elektra has Order Marker 3 on her card, then Jessica just attacks him normally and now knows where OM3 is as well as where the XOM is not. If Bullseye reveals to Jessica that Elektra does have the XOM, Jessica doesn't attack him at all but then Daredevil can take a turn where he also does not attack Bullseye.

I like where this direction is heading. For what it's worth, I definitely think her class should stay at Investigator even if she doesn't play well with others. I've been sort of building Investigators up with Question and Elongated Man and I'd like to tie the faction together at some point.
