Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Cool. Any thoughts for a figure for the DO?
If things shake out the way we have planned, you will be able to draft that DO and will not need it to be a power on their card. This will open some interesting options, like a Cocoon for Adam dok, I mean Warlock. |

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
I've wondered about minis. The process has been shown in so many different ways over the years that pretty much anything will work. Surely there's some futuristic Frankenstein's lab thing out there somewhere that'll work. I'll look around.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
One thing that feels off to me about these Cybermen is that Cybermen will do one of two things to you: kill you or convert you to Cybermen. This take is having you convert figures you kill instead, which feels off.
The Doctor should be able to rescue a Companion who is in the process of being converted. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Yeah, I'm thinking some sort of capture mechanic would work well along with their electrocution power (and save the movement power for a leader and the conversion power for a draftable DO).
The draftable DO could function based on adjacent figures (maybe ones with no OMs?) and the electrocution power could remove OMs (as I believe yours does) so the Cybermen would basically just need to zap enemies and drag them to the Conversion Machine and let it do its work (or Doctor Who could save them first). C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Here's the text for Phase Drag, btw (I'd lose the "phasing through things" aspect, of course):
Before or during Phantom Girl's movement, you may choose an opponents' adjacent small or medium figure. If Phantom Girl moves through another figure or obstacle, place the chosen figure on the space Phantom Girl moved over or occupied immediately before moving through that figure or obstacle. Roll an unblockable attack die against the chosen figure. If a skull is rolled and Phantom Girl moved through a figure instead of an obstacle, that figure also receives an unblockable wound. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Maybe do the DO something like this?

Looks about right!

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
My main worry about an actual dragging power, and maybe you guys can tell me if I'm right or wrong, is that it'll turn them into units that are more useful for their repositioning powers than for actual Cyberman-y stuff.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Probably right on that. I think Ronin’s approach works.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
For the rank and file Cybermen I’d do an electrical attack and Cyber Repair X.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
