Character Bio - Distant descendent of Dracula himself, Frank Drake loathes his ancestry and actively strives to end the threat of his ancestor. During the course of his travels he has encountered and teamed up with many like minded people such as Hannibal King, Blade, and Rachel Van Helsing. As one of the founding members of the Nightstalkers, Frank is dedicated to ending the Vampire menace and stopping supernatural threats!

HUNTING PARTY
Before taking a turn with a Creature, Investigator, or Slayer you control within 4 spaces of an enemy figure, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card. If you do, for the rest of the round you may change one die rolled to a blank for any friendly figure, once per turn.

EXORCIST GUN
When Frank Drake attacks normally, if he rolls no shields, the defending figure rolls one fewer defense die and cannot move until the end of the player turn. If the defending figure is a Demon or Undead, all blanks rolled count as one additional hit.

MOVING TARGET
When rolling defense dice for Frank Drake, add one automatic shield to whatever is rolled. After rolling defense dice, you may move Frank up to 3 spaces. Frank will not take any leaving engagement attacks when moved with this special power.

Well it interacts with Hannibal and there are plans for it work with the Dracula Hunters team in multiple places. Can also aid Batman (Occult) though that isn't a thematic pairing it could be a fun one.

Power examples that it is meant to interact with are:

ANIMALISTIC BEATDOWN
When Hannibal King attacks with an adjacent normal attack, the defending figure rolls 1 fewer defense die for each blank rolled. If Hannibal inflicts one or more wounds on an adjacent figure with his normal attack, he may attack that figure one additional time.

HEIR OF VAN HELSING
After rolling attack dice for a normal attack by Rachel Van Helsing, before defense dice are rolled, if your rolled at least 1 blank, subtract 1 from the defending figures Defense number for the remainder of this player turn, or 2 if that figure is an Undead or Lycanthrope figure. After attacking with her normal attack, Rachel may make a special attack.

DRACULA HUNTERS
After revealing an Order Marker on this card, instead of taking a turn normally with Quincy Harker, you may roll three combat dice. For each blank or shield rolled, take an immediate turn with a Creature, Investigator, or Slayer hero you control. Quincy may be one of the chosen heroes. You may not take additional turns with other figures you control.

They might need tweaking a bit but that's why I'm setting up certain pieces first.

Frankenstein would like it for sure but 150 points is a bit to give up but that is like auto two skulls for him every attack.

You probably need to narrow down when that blank happens. Is it once per attack? Per combat die roll? Does it include Special Attacks? (I’d strongly prefer it didn’t.)

I'd probably go once per turn and don't plan to spell out Special Attacks so I believe that would preclude those.

COMPETITIVE REVIEW BOARD CHECKLIST

Efficiency- Check to see if your design is providing armies with turns/moves/etc. to a degree that would make it difficult or impossible for an opponent to keep up with your output.

1. Does your design allow itself or figures to move/attack/take a turn/etc. instead of/in addition to your normal turn for revealing an Order Marker? Is it granting these benefits to too broad a range of units? Does it combine with other powers to create overly long or powerful chains of actions?

2. Does your design allow you to take actions during an opponent's turn? Can it combine with other powers to create tediously long reactions to enemy actions or a restrictive environment?
It can prevent movement of Demon and Undead figures. No.

3. Does your design allow you to rearrange your Order Markers or otherwise bypass the costs of Order Marker requirements on the special powers of other figures?
