"Where it could end its movement" is more in-line with Elektra and the likes, but yeah, that, should do it.

Yeah that is probably better, since it covers figures bigger than single spaced.

Hmm, don’t think this came up in testing - should he be able to Flash Freeze Huge figures?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Good calls, guys. SP has been updated with the latest edits.

I could see either way on freezing huge figures. He's got the power to do it thematically, so I lean towards letting him do it.

I like the edit to "The Rogues". The only other comment I have is that RCP infers that we will never have a common or Squad of Rogues which is probably a pretty safe assumption, but its something I wanted to bring up just in case.

Target zone looks a bit small but not grossly.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
